Introduction Tim Liddy / Associates, Inc. was formed in 1993. It is a small select rm providing quality golf course design services. In the rms brief historyit has won many awards and created unique golf courses of enduring quality. Tim, an understudy of world-renowned golf course architectPete Dye, has teamed with him on numerous golf courses as a project architect.

Client relationships are the foundation of good design. Our number one goal is to provide the highest level of service to our clients andanswer the particular needs of each project. The projects we are asked to address are challenging and complex, which demands that weassure open, trusting dialogue with our clients.

One of the few American architects to work in Scotland, Tim has used this experience in the home of golf to rene and expand his approachto golf course design.

ASGCA Tim Liddy is a member of the American Society of Golf Course Architects. Formed in 1946, the ASGCA was the rst professional organizationof golf course designers in America. Members of the ASGCA are, by virtue of their knowledge of the game, training, experience, vision and

inherent ability, able to design and prepare specications for a course of functional and aesthetic excellence.

Work on Heron Point began in September 2006. Construction on this remodel allowed

the course ready for play in one year, a short turnaround for such a major project.

Tim Liddy developed a Master Plan with the Princess Anne CC committee members over a 3 month period looking at every tee, bunker fairwayand green. A budget and plan of improvements was presented and approved by the general membership in late 2006. Construction wascompleted through the summer of 2007, with the club opening in the Spring of 2008.

Big Fish Golf Club Hayward, Wisconsin

Tim Liddy was the p roject architect for Pete Dye on this new golf course built in Hayward, Wisconsin. The golf course features two distinct nines, withthe front nine laid out on an open site with at topography and the back nine in mature rolling woods. This l ow budget golf course continues to receivepraise from raters that commit to traveling to the northern reaches of Wisconsin to play this golf course.
