Established in 1987, Kalpesh Synthetics Pvt Ltd is one of the Technical textile manufacturers apart from our other Hospitality linen products

with production and distributions facilities located in Umbergaon, Gujarat (India).

Utilizing a wide range of Quality yarns including Polypropylene, Polyester, Nylon, Cotton, Polyester and Cotton Blend, we are able to develop

customized Technical Textiles in co-operation with clients to solve the specific requirement in our modern Rapier and Sulzer looms having the

maximum width capacity of 3.8 Meter can produce mesh and solid fabrics in natural, synthetic and specialty yarn with separate state-of-art of

stitching units.

Our woven fabric comes with three types of selvedge-“Tuck-in Selvedge”, "Fringe Selvedge" and “Cut and Heat sealed Selvedge" (zero

tolerance on width) and Width up-to 3.8 Meter.

Reinforcing Fabric

Our Woven Reinforcement fabric with High Tenacity Synthetic ,Natural and Blend to suit functional requirements for Rubber Industries ,Coated

Industries , Non Woven Industries( Needle Punch ) ,Packaging Industries , Plastic Industries ( Composite Tube ) , Filter elements and other

application.

Our woven Reinforcement Fabrics are manufactured from Polyester Multifilament / Mono Filament / Spun, Nylon Mono Filament

/Multifilament, Cotton and Polyester/Cotton Blend yarns.

Liner Fabrics

Our Liner Fabrics are woven out of synthetic yarn such as Polypropylene Multifilament, Multi and Mono Filament, Spun and Polyester Spun

yarn, which are processed with a finishing treatment to suit the customer's end use requirement.

The Liner Fabrics are used in conjunction with the processing machinery to facilitate the handling of rubber and rubberized fabric, in the

assembly & building of tires.

Depending upon the material and type of treatment given to a Liner, it offers easy release of the rubber coated material, prevents distortion in

dimensions of the wound components and also helps in tack retention of the same. It also protects the calendared fabrics from many harmful

effects such as humidification, direct sunlight and ozone.

We offer Liners in weight ranges from 185 gsm to 300 gsm .

Our liners have good breaking strength and dimensional stability;

When handled carefully, our liners are durable and recyclable several times.
