Osmosis WaterOsmosis water, also referred to as demineralized water, is free of salts, calcium, iron, lead, magnesium, sodium, potasi-um and organic contaminants.When the water is this pure it evaporates off without leaving stains or streaks but sparkling shiny surface. In our offer, there are two water treatment methods avail-able to provide the correct level of purity- Reverse Osmo-sis and Ion-exchange Resin.Reverse Osmosis is remarkable technology that uses membrane to separate out and remove the majority of organic and inorganic impurities in water and capable of producing pure water in very large volumes at low cost.

The level of water purity reaches up to 94 to 98%, de-pending on the incoming water quality.

Ion-exchange Resin is the water treatment backbone of the water fed pole industry, giving considerable flexibility in use and being highly effective in the filtration process (lev-el of water purity reaches 99,9%). As a single purification unit, is Ion-exchange Resin fairly quickly exhausted and therefore often criticised for its expenses, but the simplici-ty of this method is a huge benefit.

In our systems we combine these two techniques and use Ion-exchange Resin as a last step of water purification pro-cess and in this way we lift the purity rating from 98% to 99,9%. Used in this way, resin can last a considerable peri-od of time.

DI Trolley

The remarkable mobile system filtering the tap water on-site. With the access to the mains water supply and power is RODI Trolley able to produce directly a high flow of perfect quality of pure water.

The RODI Trolley is a 4-stage filtration unit that combines two technologies of purification: Reverse Osmosis and Deionization (Resin Ion-exchange). The result of this com-bination is always water of a perfect quality.

The new designed trolley contains a stainless steel frame which is black powder coated. The compact designed frame will last a lifetime. Standard delivered with rubber air wheels. The pump is standard working on 230 Volt. A12 Volt version with battery and charger is optionable.

The trolley is filtering standard about 100 – 120 liters an hour, this could be optionally inceased to 180-200 liters an hour.

By using the RODI Trolley you are twice as fast as a tradi-tional window cleaner and also perfectly prepared to clean high raised buildings (by setting up the trolley on the top of the roof and go downwards by rope access or lift). The main benefits of using RODI Trolley are very low maintenance costs. The pre-filters need to be changed twice a year, the membrane once a three years and the resin after +/- 20.000 litre of produced water.

The DI Trolley is a perfect solution for the smaller jobs and hard to reach tasks (for example without the access to mains water supply). The Deionization (Resin Ion-ex-change) is a filtration technology used here. Every DI Trol-ley is delivered with 50, 70 or 150 litre water tank and contains a 12V battery with charger (enabling to work up to 20 metre height), and two resin cartridges. The advan-tages of choosing DI Trolley are primarily low investment costs and maintenance.

Pro-Wash RODI SystemsOur range of Pro-Wash RODI Systems has been devel-oped to fulfill the needs of individual and professional cus-tomers better while offering significant flexibility.Each system is equipped with a filtering unit integrated in a tank, able to provide 120 litre pure water of perfect qual-ity per hour.Pro-Wash RODI Systems are standard supplied with a wa-ter tank (HDPE, content choice), RO-DI filtration unit and a hose reel with 100 metre of hose, ready for use. The acrylic front cover of the system let simply check and mon-itore it .

The TELE-MOD line is the best pole available in the mar-ket. It reaches up to 23 meter! Specially designed for the professional window cleaner who will not settle for less.

The pole is made from 3K HIMOD CARBON FIBRE which is the most rigid and leight weight material in the market. The 3K pattern will make the pole extra strong and ensures you that it will not break. Which is ofcourse required on these ultimate heights.

The TELE-MOD line is the ultimate combination of telescopic poles and modular (loose sections) poles. It gives the ultimate rigidity from the modular technique but also provides the advan-tage to set up the pole quickly due to the telescopic technique.

The master pole contains 7 telescopic sections to reach a length of 9,15 me-ter. To reach the required length just add extension section which contains 2 sections and will extend the master pole with 3,50 meter per section. The maximum advised length is 23,15 me-ter. It is possible to reach this length by adding 4 extensions to the master pole. Lower lengths are ofcourse available: master pole (9,15 meter) + 1 exten-sion (12,65 meter) + 2 extensions (16,15 meter) + 3 extensions (19,65 meter) + 4 extensions (23,15 meter)

Clamps are exclusively designed for this TELE-MOD line. Special feature is the “clip on” hose holder, which is unique in the market. This allows to clip the hose against the pole, then it will not swing against the surface and prevent dam-ages. Also special designed on this clamp is the adjustable “O”, which provide the possibility to adjust the lever on the clamp. Now you don’t need any tools to adjust this anymore. So twisting sections are history.

A special designed bottom cap, comes standard with the master section. This bottom cap allows you to put the hose and the side of the pole. Which gives the advantage of not having the pole on the hose, which leads to longer durability of the hose.

The new OXPOLE Telescopic pole is one of the most re-liable and affordable poles in the market. Completely new designed. Improved clamp system which ensures a reliable quality and the perfect ability to extend the pole to any desirable length.

Improved end-line marking system. With many poles in the market the end-line is removed after using it for a while. Whit our new designed system this is not possible anymore. The system will not allow you to extend the sec-tion further then the end-line is indicating. This will cause you less broken sections and or clamps.

New 0 clamp. This clamp is mounted on the top section and allows you to change easily the aluminium collar or carbon gooseneck. Changing brush is now a very easy job and the 0 clamp causes you less problems like gluing issues etc. Nothing is glued on this pole, which ensures the dura-bility in every (weather) circumstances.

A small assortment will enable you to cover every length till 13,5 meter! The pole is available in three different qual-ities; Glasfiber (till 7,0 meter), Carbon fibre (10 meter) and HIMOD Carbon fibre (13,5 meter). HIMOD Carbon fibre we offer is one of the best available quality in the market. It makes the pole very light and rigid.

Optional is the new carbon gooseneck. This enlarge the length compared to the standard adapter and enables you to clean the windows with larger ledges. The gooseneck is easily to install to the pole due to the 0 clamp. Due to the carbon fibre material the pole keeps his low weight.

The real high pressure washer for the professional cleaner. We are able to design the pressure washer according to your needs. Customising systems is our daily job, however we are able to supply you from our standard range as well.

We use only well known brands (Honda, Yanmar, Speck, TEHA, etc.) in our systems, to ensure you a piece of mind. Quality and durability are key-words in our systemsThe standard range provides you pressure washers with engines based driven by gasoline- and diesel engines. The working pressure varies from 170 BAR up to 350 BAR. The working flow varies from 10 liter/minute to 21 liter/minute.

The systems can be manufactured on a mobile system like a trolley system or a complete build in system for your trailer / van. The build in system comes standard with a

tank (standard 400 liter). According to the high pressure washer we will use hose reels with 50 meter hose (stand-ard) and with the heavier pressure washers we will use a stainless steel hose reel.

All our systems are connectable with different features like the TURBODEVIL (Terrasce cleaner) and TELESCOPIC POLE. Which enables you to enlarge your activities.

All of our systems are compatible with our heavy duty burners. We use burners of the German brand TEHA.

Cleaning with hot water or steam will make every cleaning job a lot easier. According to your requirements you need one or two burners to achieve maximum out of your sys-tem. With a lower flow system (for example 10 liter per minute) one burner has enough power to turn your pres-sure washes in to a steam cleaner on high pressure. With a high flow pressure washer (above 10 liters / minute) we advice to use two burners if steam is required.

A 200 BAR system with a flow of 21 liter per minute, with two burners will give a 140 degrees of celcius result. This enables you to clean graffiti, chewing gum, weed killing, façades etc. etc. The advantage of hot water or steam is that you can lower the flow and or pressure, which prevents damages to your cleaning object.The burners are standard driven by Diesel. A customized tank is possible.

SkyVac Industrial is a powerful wet and dry vacuum clean-er. The SkyVac can be used both indoors and outdoors. It is the most powerful portable gutter cleaner ever! This is a combination of the tele-wash low pressure sys-tem (for glass- and façade cleaning), with a high pressure washer. A real unique systems which is exclusively available, not seen on the market before.

With this combination there is no outdoor job out of reach. Now available in one unit, which can be build in to a trailer or your van. Finish any outdoor job with just one machine.The system contains one big (splitted) tank. One tank contains the pure water for the waterfed OXPOLE and the other tank contains normal tap water for the high pressure washer. With a simple valve you are able to con-nect or disconnect the two tanks from each other. That allows you to create a larger tank for pure water or nor-mal tap water, depending on the job you need to do.This system provides you a extreme matter of flexibility.
