The motion control XMC 4.0 has a very high computing power thanks to the powerful 132Mhz RISC processor installed on board which it is interfaced with high-speed non-volatile RAM.

Make the difference with the milling processes, thanks to the best mechanical components that the RM-MaxiMill3D has been equipped. We have designed the RM-MaxiMill3D to give you the best possible precision on a medium size milling machine. The extremely compact steel structure guarantees a good rigidity of the deck while maintaining the size of the machine. We have minimized any kind of gameplay or vibration, to allow you to get the most accurate details.

RM-MaxiMill3D provides excellent milling performance thanks to the powerful 2,2 kw spindle, which it has a rotation of 24,000 rpm. You don’t need to worry about overheating problems, you can always work at high speeds for long periods of time thanks to its high efficiency cooling system.

The slidings of the axes are always fast and fluid thanks to the linear motion guides. The precision of the milling process is guaranteed by the very high rigidity of the guides, which they always keep the bridge in an accurate and stable mode even during the most difficult time of the machining process.

Thanks to the High Precision ball screws you can always get the perfect positioning of the axes. The extremely low operating torque of the ball screws ensures to optimize the consumption power and the engine performance.
