Born in Chile in 1967, studied at the prestigious School of Architecture and Design & Art Institute of the Catholic University of Valparaíso · Chile, ( www.ead.pucv.cl ) highlighting as valedictorian to continue later as an academic for over a decade.

Visual Art and Media Creative Expositions in Paris, NYC, Madrid, Chile & Israel.

At the beginning of the millennium he served as Local Minister of Culture at the guvernamental level in Valparaíso Area with 36 municipalities. Recently on the same area was presented as a candidate for Regional Councilor for Cultural Issues at the presidential election, Chile in 2013.

Fraiman always is on traveling but lives principal time in Israel where produces works of Art, Paintings, Sculptures, Videos and Experimental Films among other research global activities in the whole field of Integral Education.
