Women’s History Month Issue

EDITOR’S note

Welcome to our 4th special annual edition celebrating the month-long Women’s History Month, where we honor this year’s national theme of “Weaving the Stories of Women's Lives.” This is an opportunity for Bronze to provide a platform for sharing various women’s stories, especially those of black women, in hopes of uplifting, inspiring, and empowering others. One would also hope that by continuously sharing another’s story, it will become woven into the fabric of our history and shared among women of all ages for generations to come.

One month is hardly long enough to share all of the accomplishments, achievements, and challenges of women; it is a lifelong effort. It is our mission here at Bronze to fulfill such an effort by constantly spotlighting and sharing the stories of empowered, inspiring women, not only during the month of March, but always.

Our cover star for this very special edition is actress Kuoth Wiel, who had a starring role in the recent Reese Witherspoon film “The Good Lie.” We are so honored to feature Kuoth and have her share her story about how she got her role in the movie and how it parallels to her own background. We also feature several other exceptional women who reveal their own

unique ground breaking stories as well, having made a positive impact within their industries and communities.
