If reservation is made before the Balance Due date, a 50% payment is required to secure booth space. If reservation is made on or after the Balance Due date, the total amount due must be made at that time to secure booth space. Any and all returned

time they are returned and a $20 charge if returned a second time. If the balance is paid more than one week past the due date, a $75 late charge will be added to the total amount due, unless payment arrangements are made and an additional $10 for each 7 days after late. Any legal fees including attorney fees to collect money due will be your responsibility

Each booth is supplied with a 6’ skirted table, two chairs and a generic company sign. Backdrops and side rails are NOT provided, except

. Table drapes are white or cream. Heavenly Haven has the right to relocate your space without any notice. All items not a part of the display must be kept out of sight during the show. The size of the FULL BOOTH space depends on where it is located. The most common size is 8’x 8’ and 8’ X 10’. The entire exhibit must be contained within the assigned space.

Carpet brought in should be slip resistant OPEN FLAMES

codes. This includes candles, incense and Bunsen burners. SUBLETTING and SHARING OF BOOTHS is not allowed. LITERATURE, BUSINESS CARDS AND ANY OTHER MATERIAL HANDED OUT AT YOUR BOOTH must not include the name, phone number, address nor any other vital information about any other company besides that represented by your booth, unless that company is exhibiting in the show. The only exception are exhibiting magazines and newspapers. Any literature that represents a company not in the show will be discarded by show management. If the literature continues to be handed out, exhibitor will pay an additional fee equal to the cost of booth space. In addition, said company may be restricted from exhibiting in future Heavenly Haven Productions shows. Exhibitor must give full disclosure of every type of product or service that will be presented in the booth space, even if it is all listed under the exhibitor’s company name.

Exhibitor is solely responsible for any and all occurrences inside his or her

proof of that coverage to Heavenly Haven Productions.

All exhibits must be set up before the show opens each morning and must stay intact during show hours. Show management reserves the right to pull tables out of any booth not set up by 12:30pm. All booths must stay assembled until closing the last day of the show. Heavenly Haven Productions reserves the right to withhold the mailing list of attendees from any company that breaks their booth down early. In addition, said company may be restricted from exhibiting in future Heavenly Haven Productions shows and may be required to pay an additional $500 for any future show they are allowed in.

Products can be sold during the show. You ay also take deposits on products or services to be delivered at a future time.

Although security is usually provided during the show, neither Heavenly Productions nor the hosting location is liable for items lost or stolen.

Please use the rear entrance closest to ballroom and parking area to load and unload equipment. We will provide dollies if available by hotel to transport items to booths. Any participant reporting after 1:00 PM will need a VIP ticket to enter or will have to pay the admission fee. If an emergency arrives on the show date, please call Khaliyah Barakhyahu on her mobile phone which is located in the welcome packet. After the bridal show, please remove all equipment and put trash in the trash bins.

Program ads are 30 days before each show. Please e-mail all ads to [email protected] The following formats are accepted: PDF, TIFF and JPG. Please save at 300 dpi or higher. Dimensions: Half Page (4.75”w x 3.75”h), Full Page (4.75”w x 7.75”h). Ads can be created for you for a small fee.

Exhibitor agrees to provide at least TWO prizes valued at $25 or more to give away during the prize drawings. One

Pictures and

contractors, exhibitors, booths, fashion show participants, including models, may be used in future show promotions and is property of Heavenly Haven Inc.

If the show is cancelled by Heavenly Haven Productions for any reason, other than an act of God or an act of war, the amount paid by exhibitor will be refunded. If you cancel two month or more prior to the event, all monies paid will be applied as a

payment and any monies paid if you cancel within the month before the Expo. If you cancel within one month before the Expo, and if you cannot resell your booth space, you will be charged the full amount of the booth. If you cancel within a week of the event, or if you do not cancel and do not exhibit, all monies paid are forfeited and, if the booth is not paid in full at that time, you will be charged the full amount of the booth. There are no refunds if exhibitor cancels at any time after signing the agreement. You will be responsible for all legal fees and court cost to collect money for unpaid portions of your booth.

Mailing lists remain the property of Heavenly Haven Productions. Bridal Leads will be provided from the show with the bride’s name, address, contact numbers, e-mail address, wedding date and services interested in. Leads will be provided by e-mail two weeks after the show. Use is limited to participating exhibitors only. If you give, sell or loan the list to anyone not an exhibitor in the Expo, you and that company
