I use this basic brownie recipe1/2 bar softened butter1/4 cup white sugar1/2 packed brown sugar1/4 cup light corn syrup1/4 tsp iodized salt 1/2 tsp baking soda1 large egg1/4 tsp vanilla concentrate1/2 cup HINTZ cocoa powder11/4 cup APFProcedurePreheat oven to 350Prepare all ingredients.Mix all ingredients except the flour..lastly add flour.Do not over mix.Pour on a greased and lined 8x8x2 brownie pan.Sprinkle toppings of ur choiceBake for 25 to 30 mins depending on the size of ur oven.Use toothpick to check if done.If toothpick comes out with little crumbs..it is done.But if toothpick comes out clean..it is overbaked.
