Program implemented in 20 schools of Tirana

4000 children trained.

15 students involved in the field split in 4 groups)

4150 Colgate bags distributed.

Training sessions followed from approx 114 teachers.

Problems facing in the fieldProblems facing in the field

Difficulties in establishing contacts with school authorities for the

lack of address database or old data not refreshed.

Huge number of participants and limited space rooms for training .

Certain number of Schools under reconstruction and mixing of pupils

of 2 schools in same training room .

Intrusion of the teachers to the speakers by making challenging

questions.

The absence of School authorities during the day of Presentation.

The School Deans that are not collaborative and take actions that

damage the well developing of the presentation.( do not offer human

and technical support )

The lack of TV set and DVD set

What’s positive :

The goodwill for improvement and positive trend made in communication

with “little” audience.

Active participation of all the team during the presentation process by

working as a team

Reflection against suggestions and direct feedback after presentation.

Limited need for supervision.

Value added (self improvising & animation of voice and movements)

What’s need to be improved further:

The improvement of learning's and presentation materials

Way of establishing eyes +voice contact with children

Way of moving in the presentation room in order to keep contact with all the

participants and not focusing to first row.

The usage of professional language/terminology and slang vs” little”

audience

Blocking , lost of concentration against “little” audience.

Declaring the text rather than teaching /interpretation of the all information

during presentation.

The body position not appropriate

Not suitable way of dressing

Managing of surprise situations during presentations.
