PROBLEM STATEMENT
11
Problem statement
• PPP has been adopted around the world as a service delivery tool, instead of
the public sector the private sector creates the asset through a dedicated
standalone business.
• In developed country 7 percent of GDP is invested on infrastructure to make a
balance between basic facilities and growing population, but in Pakistan we
invest less then 6 percent of GDP due to fiscal financial condition of country.
