ALLGEMEINE INFORMATIONEN

Alle gasseitigen Komponenten sind umfangreich geprüfte Bauteile mit hoher Zuverlässigkeit. Sie sind leckagesicher, bieten vielseitige Einsatzmöglich-keiten und sind nahezu wartungsfrei.

Abnahme

Alle Bauteile sind entsprechend ihrer Verwendung mit Stickstoff nach DGRL 97/23/EG / ASME Sec. VIII Div. I ausgelegt. Sie verfügen somit über alle not-wendigen Prüfungen, Zertifikate und Bauteilkenn-zeichnungen, die für den ordnungsgemäßen Ein-satz erforderlich sind. Grundsätzlich unterliegen alle druckhaltenden Ausrüstungsteile einer Abnahme nach DGRL 97/23/EG. Bei Nennweiten < DN32 erfolgt gemäß DGRL 97/23/EG (Artikel 3, Absatz 3) keine CE Kennzeichnung. Bauteile, die der ASME-Abnahmeunterliegen, verfügen über keine Kennzeichnung, wenn die NW < 6 inch beträgt. Sicherheitseinrich-tungen, wie Sicherheitsventile, sind aufgrund ihrersicherheitsrelevanten Funktion immer mit der CE-Kennzeichnung bzw. bei ASME-Abnahme mit dem UV-Stamp versehen.

All gas-side components are tested components that provide a high degree of reliability. They are leak-proof, provide multi-use and are practically maintenance-free.

Inspection

Due to their use together with nitrogen, all compo-nents are designed according to DGRL 97/23/EC / ASME Sec. VIII Div. I. directives. As such, they have passed all mandatory tests, have been certified, and carry the component tags that are required for their proper use. Basically, all pressure-bearing equipment is subject to an inspection acc. DGRL 97/23/EC. At nominal size < DN 32, according to DGRL 97/23/EC (Article 3, paragraph 3), no CE mark is required. Components that are subject to inspec-tion according to the ASME directive are not marked if the nominal value amounts to <6 inch. Safety-re-lated equipment, such as safety valves, always carry the CE mark or, in case of the ASME-inspection, the U-stamp.

With regard to their connections, all BSD gas compo-nents comply with the following standard norms:

Beschreibung

Das BSD Standard Verrohrungssystem bietet ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität. Die Anzahl der Druckbehälter lässt sich dank dieses Systems beliebig erweitern. Description

The BSD standard piping system offers high flex-ibility and the possibility to freely increase the number of pressure vessels. In addition to the standard connection of the pressure vessels, the special connection (Pos. 3) has two radial connections, that is, G ¼ (measuring connection) and G ½ (gas safety valve).

Beschreibung

Der Entlüfterstutzen (Abb. 1+2) besteht aus einem Ein-schraubteil G ¾ nach DIN 3852 und einem Entlüfterteil. Er wird an der Unterseite der N2-Druckbehälter ange-schraubtund dient dem Ablassen von Kondensat oder übergetretenem Fluid. Bei horizontaler Behälteranord-nung ist die Ausführung mit Kondensatrohr (Abb.2) zu verwenden. Ersatzweise lässt sich zum Ablassen des Kondensats eine Minimess-Schraubkupplung.(Abb. 3) verwenden. Ergonomisch und einfaches Handling ermöglicht die Ausführung Sammelrohr-leitung (Abb. 4). Der Ablass des Kondensats kannan gewünschter Stelle über ein Ablassventil von Hand geöff net werden.

BSD ENTLÜFTERSTUTZEN

Description

The bleed valve consists of a screw-in part G ¾ according to DIN 3852 (part 1 / part 2) and a vent part that is screwed onto the bottom of the N2-pressure vessel and serves to discharge condensate or excess liquid. At horizontal vessel orientation, the version that includes the condensate pipe has to be used. A Minimess screw coupling can be used as a replace-

ment for discharging the condensate (fig.3). The interceptive pipeline version allows an ergonomic and easy handling (fig.4). A manual discharging of condensate at the desired posi-tion is possible by use of a discharge valve.

BSD GAS SICHERHEITSVENTILE

Beschreibung

Das Gas Sicherheitsventil ist ein unmittelbar wir-kendes federbelastetes Druckventil für Drücke bis 220 / 350 bar. Bei überschreiten des Einstelldruckes öffnet das Ventil und schließt wieder nach einem Druckabfall von max. 10% des Einstelldruckes. Bei anderen Öffnungsdrücken, bitte den gewünschten Einstelldruck mit angeben.

HinweisDer Einstelldruck des Sicherheitsventils ist so zu wählen, dass ein Ansprechen im Betrieb ver-mieden wird. Dieser sollte min. 10% unter dem Einstelldruck bleiben. Wenn möglich sollte das Gas Sicherheitsventil auf den Berechnungsdruck des BSD Kolbenspeichers eingestellt werden. Gas Sicherheitsventile können nach dem Ansprechen undicht werden.

BSD GAS SAFETY VALVES

Description

The gas safety valve is an instantly acting spring-loaded valve for pressures up to 220 / 350 bar. If the pressure setting is exceeded, the valve opens and closes again after a drop in pressure of max. 10% of the required set pressure. In case of different opening pressures, please indicate the required set pressure in your purchase order.

NoteThe pressure setting of the safety valve is to be

chosen in such a way that its activation under normal working pressure is avoided. The nor-mal working pressure should remain at least 10 % below the pressure setting. If possible, the gas safety valve should be adjusted to the

calculated pressure of the BSD piston accumulator. Gas safety valves can leak after trip.

Beschreibung

Der Berststopfen schützt Druckgeräte vor gassei-tiger Drucküberschreitung. Bei Überschreitung des Berstdruckes erfolgt eine dauerhafte Zerstö-rung der Berstmembrane, die dann ein Ablassen des Stickstoffes ermöglicht. Es ist zu beachten, dass der Betriebsdruck max. 90% des Berstdruckes betragen darf.

Description

The bursting disc serves to protect pressure equip-ment from excessive gas-side pressure. If the burst

pressure is exceeded the bursting membrane will be damaged permanently. The damaged membrane will discharge nitrogen. Please note that the working pressure must not exceed 90% of the burst pressure.

BSD N2 ABSPERREINHEIT

Funktion

N2-Absperreinheiten dienen der Absperrung zwischen BSD Kolbenspeicher und nachge-schalteten Gasbehältern. Im Gegensatz zu normalen Absperrkugelhähnen haben BSD Absperreinheiten eine zusätzliche Rück-schlagventilfunktion, die ein Befüllen des Druckbehälters durch den Kolbenspeicher ermöglicht.

Function

BSD Druckausgleichseinrichtung *

Funktion

N2 Absperreinheiten, sowie Öl Kugelhähne mit Nenn-weiten ≥ DN 40 sind zur Druckentlastung optional mit Bypassleitung erhältlich. Sie erleichtern das Betätigen des Hauptabsperrhahns und verhindern Beschädigungen an Dichtungen durch zu schnellen Druckausgleich.

BSD Abschließvorrichtung *

Funktion

Mit der BSD Abschließvorrichtung kann die Betätigung von N2-Absperreinheiten sowie von BSD ÖL Kugelhähnen mittels eines Vorhängeschlosses vor unbefugtem oder versehent-lichem Betätigen schützen. Abb. 1 off en und geschlossen abschließbar, Abb. 2 geschlossen abschließbar.Abb. 1 / fi g. 1

Description

DescriptionThe BSD fi lling and testing device serves to control the nit-rogen pressure and the fi lling of BSD piston accumulators

with nitrogen. The standard scope of delivery includes the fi ller hose FS and the adapter A1, FA1. For the connection of other, country-specifi c nit-rogen bottles see adapters FA2 ... FA8. Other accu-mulator products with diff erent fi lling connections see adapters A2 ... A4. For delivery purposes the standard components are protected in a transport case.

BSD FLASCHENDRUCKMINDERER

Beschreibung

Der Druckminderer reduziert den vorhandenen Druck des Druckerzeugers (Stickstoffflasche). Sollte der zuläs-sige Betriebsdruck des Kolbenspeichers durch den Druck-erzeuger überschritten werden, muss aus Sicherheits-gründen ein Druckminderer eingesetzt werden. Dadurch werden größere Schäden am Kolbenspeicher sowie Fol-geunfälle vermieden.

Description

The pressure regulator reduces the existing pressure of the pressure generator (nitrogen bottle). Should the wor-king pressure of the piston accumulator be exceeded by the pressure generator, a bottle pressure reducer is to be used for safety reasons. BSD ÖLSEITIGES ZUBEHÖR


Alle ölseitigen Komponenten sind umfangreich geprüfte Bauteile mit hoher Zuverlässigkeit. Sie sind leckagesicher, bieten vielseitige Einsatzmöglich-keiten und sind nahezu wartungsfrei.

Abnahme

Alle Bauteile sind entsprechend ihrer Verwendung mit Öl nach DGRL 97/23/EG oder ASME Sec. VIII Div. I ausgelegt. Sie verfügen somit über alle notwen-digen Prüfungen, Zertifikate und Bauteilkennzeich-nungen, die für den ordnungsgemäßen Einsatz erforderlich sind. Grundsätzlich unterliegen alle drucktragenden Ausrüstungsteile einer Abnahme nach DGRL 97/23/EG. Bauteile mit einer Nennweite bis DN 200 und einem Druck < 1000 bar werden nach DGRL 97/23/EG (Artikel 3, Absatz 3) bewertet und bekommen somit keine CE- Kennzeichnung. Bauteile die der ASME Abnahme unterliegen, verfügen über keine Kennzeichnung, wenn die Nennweite < 6 inch beträgt. Sicherheitseinrichtungen wie Sicherheits-ventile sind aufgrund ihrer sicherheitsrelevanten Funktion immer mit der CE-Kennzeichnung bzw. bei ASME Abnahme mit dem UV-Stamp versehen.

BSD OIL-SIDE ACCESSORIES

GENERAL INFORMATION

All oil-side components are tested components that provide a high degree of reliability. They are leak-proof, provide multi-use and are practically maintenance-free.

Inspection

All components are according to their use with oil and designed according to PED 97/23/EC or ASME Sec. VIII Div. I. Therefore they have all the neces-sary tests certificates and component tags which are necessary for the proper use. Basically all pres-sure containing equipments subject to a inspec-tion according to PED 97/23/EC. At nominal size < DN 200 and pressure < 1000 bar according to PED 97/23/EC (Article 3, paragraph 3) no CE marking is required. Components which are subject to inspec-tion according to ASME have no marking if the nom-inal size < 6 inch. Safety equipments such as safety valves always mark with the CE-marking or at ASME-inspection with the U-Stamp.

BSD Druckausgleichseinrichtung *

Funktion

N2 Absperreinheiten sowie Öl Kugelhähne mit Nenn-weiten ≥ DN 40 sind zur Druckentlastung optional mit Bypassleitung erhältlich. Sie erleichtern das Betätigen des Hauptabsperrhahns und verhindern Beschädigungen an Dichtungen durch zu schnellen Druckausgleich.

BSD Abschließvorrichtung *

Funktion

Mit der BSD Abschließvorrichtung kann die Betätigung von N2-Absperreinheiten sowie von BSD ÖL Kugelhähnen mittels eines Vorhängeschlosses vor unbefugtem oder versehent-lichem Betätigen schützen. Abb. 1 off en und geschlossen abschließbar, Abb. 2 geschlossen abschließbar.Abb. 1 / fi g. 1

BSD Positionsschalter *

Funktion

Function

N2 shut-off units and oil valves with sizes ≥ DN 40 are optionally available with a pressure discharge bypass line. They facilitate the movement of the main gate valve and prevent damages to seals that are due to rapid pressure equalization.

Beschreibung

Der Öl Sicherheits- und Absperrblock dient zur Absi-cherung, Absperrung und Ent-lastung von Kolbenspeichern. Er berücksichtigt die europäi-schen Sicherheitsvorschriften für den Betrieb von Kolbenspei-chern, sofern die Abblaseleis-tung des integrierten Sicher-heitsventils (siehe Diagramm Seite 34), nicht kleiner ist wie die installierte Leistung des Druckerzeugers.

Ausführungen:

Manuelle Entlastung (M)

Die Entlastung des Spei-chers erfolgt standard-mäßig über ein manuelles Entlastungsventil.

Elektrische Entlastung (E)

Ein zusätzliches elek-tromagnetbetätigtes Zwei-Wegeventil erlaubt die automatische Ent-lastung des Speichers. Es sind zwei Ausfüh-rungen lieferbar, stromlos offen bzw. geschlossen.

Description

The oil safety- and shut-off block serves as a device for the protection, shut-off and dis-charge of piston accumulators. Their construction observes the European safety regula-tions for the operation of piston accumulators, provided that the discharge capacity of the integrated safety valve (see dia-gram on page 34) is not smaller than the installed output of the

pressure generator.

Standardly, the dis-charging of the accu-mulator is eff ected by a manual discharge valve.

Electrical discharge (E)

An additional electro-magnetic operating two-way valve per-mits the automatic discharge of the accu-mulator. There are two types available, which are dead open or closed.

BSD ÜBERGANGSSTÜCK Das BSD Übergangsstück dient dem Anschluss des Öl Sicherheits- und Absperrblock an dem Kolben-speicher. The BSD adapter is used to connect the oil safety and shut-off block with the piston accumulator. It also allows aligning the block with the components and the pipe lines that are to be connected. Under certain circumstances, for example in case of a cen-tric connection in the accumulator nozzle, this part can be omitted.

BeschreibungDer Sicherheits- und Entlastungsblock ist zur Druckabsi-cherung und Entlastung von BSD Kolbenspeichern und Speicheranlagen konzipiert. Der Block entspricht den Anforderungen der DGRL 97/23/EG. Je nach vorhandenem Druck-Öl-Strom wird der Block mit 2 bis 5 direkt gesteu-erten Sicherheitsventilen NG 10 (Pos. 3) ausgerüstet. Die Anzahl der Sicherheitsventile ist so zu wählen, dass die Förderleistung des Druckerzeugers abgedeckt wird. Hierbei multipliziert sich der Volumenstrom mit der Anzahl der Sicherheitsventile. Die Sicherheitsventile sind Baumustergeprüft und werden mit TÜV-Einstellbeschei-nigung geliefert. Der Block ist serienmäßig mit einem manuellen (Pos. 1) und einem elektri-schen (Pos. 2) Druckentlastungsventil ausgestattet. Das elektromagnetische 2-Wege-Ventil (Pos. 2) ist stromlos offen geschaltet und sorgt im Falle eines Stromausfalles für die automatische Ent-lastung des Speichers. Zum Anschluss einer Druckanzeige verfügt der Block über einen Messanschluss (M) G ¼.

DescriptionThe safety- and discharge block is designed for the pres-sure fuse-protection and for discharging of BSD piston accumulators and piston accumulator units. The block meets the requirements of the DGRL 97/23/EC directive. Depending on the pressure oil flow, the block is equipped with 2 to 5 directly controlled safety valves NG 10 (Pos. 3). The number of the safety valves has to be dimensioned for the whole flow rate of the pressure generator. In this context, the flow rate is multiplied by the number of safety valves. The safety valves are type-tested and deli-vered with a TÜV-adjustment certificate. The block is stan-

dardly equipped with a manual (Pos. 1) and an electric (Pos. 2) pressure discharge valve.

The electromagnetic 2-way-valve (Pos. 2) is currentless and it automa-tically discharges the accumulator in case of a power failure. The block provides a measuring connection (M) G ¼ for a pressure indicator.

Beschreibung

BSD Öl Sicherheitsventile sind direktgesteuerte Sitz-ventile. Sie dienen der Begrenzung des Systemdru-ckes. Übersteigt der Systemdruck den Einstelldruck, so öffnet das Ventil und das Fluid strömt über den T-Kanal zurück in den Tank. Fällt der Systemdruck ca. 10% unter den des Einstelldruckes, schließt das Ventil wieder. Um größerer Volumenströme wie in den Diagrammen aufgeführt zu erzielen, besteht die Möglichkeit, mehrere Sicherheitsventile parallel einzusetzen. Öl Sicherheitsventile sind Baumuster-geprüfte Bauteile nach DGRL 97/23/EG. Wir bieten die Druckbegrenzungsventile als Einschraubventil (Abb.1) oder mit Gewindeanschlüssen (Abb. 2) an.

Description:

BSD Oil safety valves are directly controlled seat valves and serve to limit the system pressure. If the system pressure exceeds the pressure setting the valve opens and the fluid flows through the T-channel back into the tank. If the system pres-sure drops approximately 10% below the pres-sure setting the valve closes again. In order to reach volume flows that are higher than those mentioned in the diagram, several safety valves can be used parallelly. Oil safety valves are type-tested components according to the DGRL 97/23/EC directive. We provide pressure discharge valves as screw-in valves (fig.1) or with threaded connec-tions (fig. 2).

BSD MESS- UND ANZEIGESYSTEME


Alle BSD Komponenten der BSD Messtechnik sind umfangreich geprüfte Bauteile mit hoher Zuverläs-sigkeit. Sie sind leckagesicher, bieten vielseitige Ein-satzmöglichkeiten und sind nahezu wartungsfrei. Messtechnische Instrumente zur Erfassung physika-lischer Größen, rechnergestützt z. B. zur Auswertung von Druckverhältnissen, oder zur manuellen Erfas-sung des Druckes, sollten aus sicherheitstechnischen Gründen grundsätzlich installiert sein (TRB 403). Sie sind gemäß DGRL 97/23/EG jedoch nicht als Ausrüs-tungsteile mit Sicherheitsfunktion einzustufen. Um höchst mögliche Flexibilität bieten zu können, sind Installationen kundenorientierter Messsysteme, z. B. explosionsgeschützer Bauteile problemlos möglich. (Kolbenpositionsanzeigen siehe Broschüre 1.1.3).

Abnahme:

Druckmessgeräte (mechanische Manometer und Drucksensoren) werden laut DGRL 97/23/EG als drucktragende Ausrüstungsteile eingestuft. BSD Manometer ab einem Messbereich von 200 bar sind immer mit CE-Kennzeichnung versehen. Drucksen-soren unterliegen neben der Druckgeräterichtlinie auch der EMV-Richtlinie 89/336/EWG (elektromag-netische Verträglichkeit) und verfügen somit immer über eine CE-Kennzeichnung. Andere Baugrup-penkomponenten werden individuell, abhängig von Medium, Druck, Volumen und Nennweite, betrachtet und ggf. mit einer CE-Kennzeichnung versehen (siehe Komponentenbeschreibung).

BSD MEASSURING AND DISPLAY

DEVICES GENERAL INFORMATION

All BSD components are tested components that offer high reliability. They are leak-proof, provide multi-use and are virtually maintenance free. Meas-uring instruments for detecting physical sizes that are computerized, e.g. for the evaluation of pressure conditions or for the manual detection of pressure, should always be installed for technical safety rea-sons (TRB 403). In accordance with the DGRL 97/23/EC directive they are not to be classified as equip-ment parts with safety functions. In order to be able to offer the highest degree of flexibility, custom-ized measurement systems, e.g. those of explosion-proofed components, are available. (For piston posi-tion indicators see paragraph 1.1.3 of the brochure).

Inspection:

Pressure gauges (mechanical pressure gauges and pressure sensors) are classified according to the DGRL 97/23/EC directive as pressurized equipment parts. BSD manometers that exceed 200 bar are always CE- marked. Pressure sensors are subject to the Pressure Equipment Directive and the EMC Directive 89/336/ EEC (electromagnetic compat-ibility). Therefore, they are always CE-marked. Other assembly components are considered individually with regard to their medium, pressure, volume, and diameter. They are CE-marked if necessary. (See description of components).

Beschreibung:

Die BSD Doppelfrontplatte beinhaltet meh-rere Funktionen in einem sehr kompakten Ausmaß. Ergonomisch optimal platziert, hat man die Möglichkeit den Druck auf der Stickstoff- sowie auf der Ölseite abzulesen, die Stickstoffbefüllung anhand des BSD Füllventils durchzuführen und den Druck Öl- und Gasseitig zu entlasten. Zusätzlich verfügt die Doppelfrontplatte noch über einen ölseitigen Prüfanschluss.

BSD DRUCKBEHÄLTER

BSD Druckbehälter dienen zum Speichern von Gasen und / oder Flüssigkeiten unter Druck. Sie werden primär als N2-Nachschaltbehälter für BSD Kolben-speicheranlagen eingesetzt. Sie können aber, nach individueller Prüfung, auch für andere Gase oder Flüssigkeiten verwendet werden.

Abnahme:

Alle Druckbehälter werden entsprechend ihrer Ver-wendung mit Stickstoff nach DGRL 97/23/EG, ASME, China SQL, GOST-Russland oder anderen Normen ausgelegt. Sie verfügen somit über alle notwen-digen Prüfungen, Zertifikate und Bauteil-Kenn-zeichnungen, die für den ordnungsgemäßen Einsatz erforderlich sind. Die einzelnen Druckbehälterzulas-sungen, sind der entsprechenden Komponentenbe-schreibung zu entnehmen.

Standard Anschlüsse:

Alle Druckbehälter beruhen in ihren Anschlüssen auf den nachfolgenden Normen:

Oberflächen:

BSD PRESSURE VESSELS

BSD pressure vessels serve to store gases and /or liquids under pressure. They are primarily used as N2-vessels switched in series for BSD Piston accu-mulator installations. After having been tested individually, they also can be used for storing other gases or liquids.

Inspection:

Due to their use together with nitrogen, all pressure vessels are designed according to the DGRL 97/23/EC / China SQL, GOST-Russia or other standard reg-ulations. As such, they have passed all mandatory tests, have been certified, and carry the component tags that are mandatory for their proper use. The individual pressure vessel approvals are stated in the description of the respective component.

Standard Connections:

The connections of all pressure vessels are designed according to the following standards:

Surfaces:

Normally, the pressure vessels are delivered with a layer of protective oil on the inside. On the outside, the pressure vessels are primed, and a topcoat is applied upon customer request. Special color paint-ings, such as offshore coatings, are also available.

Sie dienen der Speicherung großer Stickstoffvo-lumen, als alternative zu mehreren kleinen Druck-behältern. Sie sind komplett gestrahlt (SIS BSa 2 1/2) sowie innen mit Schutzöl konserviert. Die Farbbe-handlung außen erfolgt nach Kundenwunsch. Die Behälter können horizontal (Abb. 1) und vertikal (Abb. 2) einge-setzt werden.

MONTAGETECHNIK

Beschreibung

Die Befestigungsart eignet sich in erster Linie für den senkrechten Einbau der BSD Kolbenspeicher oder N2-Druckbehälter. Die Konsolen nehmen dabei die Gewichtskräfte des Kolbenspeichers auf. Es ist daher auf eine ausreichende Tragfähigkeit der Wand zu achten. Die Schellen fi xieren den Speicher in seiner Position. Unter bestimmten Bedin-gungen, in der Regel nur bei kleinen Spei-chern, können die Schellen auch Gewichts-kräfte aufnehmen, so dass auf eine Konsole verzichtet werden kann. Befestigungen für besondere Einbausituationen auf Anfrage.

BSD KONSOLEN

Beschreibung

Konsole zur Befestigung von Kolbenspeichern und Druckbehältern. Die Konsolen dienen zur Aufnahme von Gewichtskräften und werden an eine Wand oder ein Gestell geschraubt. Bei Kolbenspeichern sind die Kon-solen off en und bei Druckbehältern geschlossen aus-geführt. Konsolen aus Stahlblech galvanisch verzinkt. Andere Werkstoff e und Abmessungen auf Anfrage.

BSD BRACKETS

Description

Brackets for mounting piston accumulators and pres-sure vessels. The brackets serve to absorb the weight and are screwed onto a wall or a frame. For mounting piston accumulators the brackets have an open design, for mounting pressure vessel they are closed in design. Brackets are made of galvanized steel sheets. Other materials and dimensions are available upon request.

Description

This mounting method is mainly suitable for a vertical installation of the BSD piston accumulators or N2 – pressure vessels. The brackets absorb the weight of the accumulators. Therefore, suffi cient stability of the wall

is a key issue. The clamps fi x the accu-mulator in its position. Under certain conditions, especially when small units are installed, the clamps can absorb weight, too. In this case using a panel is not necessary. Fixing elements for special installation are available upon request.

Beschreibung:

Halterungsschellen mit Gummiprofi l für die Befes-tigung von Kolbenspeichern und Druckbehältern. Durch die konstruktive Gestaltung der Schellen können Gewichtskräfte nur in geringem Umfang über-tragen werden. Sie werden mit Schrauben Ø 8 an einer Wand oder auf einem Gestell befestigt.
