The Administration of Measurements exercise needs goodcoordination of the teams performing the single tasks of everyexercise.

NetAct start page -> Reporting or from Top-Level User Interface(TLUI).

2.3 Creating a new measurement plan

2.4 Modifying a running measurement plan
