The MaxBlox Solderless HD15 and DB9 EZ termination system features a patented design that is better, faster and stronger than anything else on the market. Manufactured with genuine Phoenix Contact terminal blocks for a truly reliable connection, these larger blocks make it easier to terminate while still keeping the connector compact. MaxBlox dramatically reduces installation time and cost by eliminating the need for soldering or crimping and the unique sled-type bottom allows these connectors to slide, snap, and lock into the patented MaxBlox CD-MX915H hood for a secure cable mount connection. When used in panel mount applications these low profile connectors are less than 25.4 mm behind a plate.

The patented ProBloxD is a field terminatable system to incorporate multiple data, HD video, audio, and control signals in a single connector.

ProBloxD is similar to our original ProBlox connector but has the added ability to handle data over Cat 5e. Along with 16 HD-video contacts and 18 audio/control contacts, it also houses 2 Cat 5e connections. This allows you to take advantage of all signal types, including HDMI, DVI, VGA and Ethernet. All of these signals can effectively be run over 1 or 2 Cat 5e cables making ProBloxD the ultimate podium style connector.

PRoBLoX & PRoBLoX-D ConTACTSVIDEo ConTACTS: The coaxial contacts for the ProBlox & ProBlox-D system features an all-crimp 3 piece design. These true 75 ohm contacts have excellent electrical performance up to 3 GHz and are ideal for VGA up to uncompressed HD video applications.

There are currently two versions available: one for Beldens miniature 75 ohm serial digital 1855A, 1855P cable (or equivalent), and one for mini hi-res cable. We recommend using our own WV-RGB5P mini hi-res but it does work with many other cables as well.

After being terminated to the cable, the female contact inserts into the plug with actuating screw and the male contact inserts into the recep-tacle with locknut. For complete coaxial contact termination instructions, please contact a BTX sales representative.

AUDIo/ConTRoL ConTACTS: The plug and receptacle utilize the same unisex audio/control contacts which have the unique ability to mate with themselves. Choose between the solder or crimp style versions. The crimp style pin requires the use of a tool to terminate. Insertion and extraction tools are also available for easy insertion and removal of these pins.

Manufactured with gold plated HDMI (type A to type A) connectors, these assem-blies support 4K x 2K and 1080p video resolutions with a data speed transfer rate that exceeds 10.2Gbps. Lengths of 1, 3, 6, 10, 12, 15 & 20 feature 28 AWG conductors. Lengths of 25, 35 & 50 feature 24 AWG conductors. All are UL listed and CL3 rated.

These Long Run High Speed HDMI cables not only go up to 65 feet without the use of repeaters, they support up to 1080p HDTV resolutions. They incorporate gold plated connectors and a high quality wire constriction that maintains high definition video resolutions plus multi-channel digital audio. These heavy duty cables are rugged yet extremely flexible.

These Plenum HDMI Cables are built to last and perform to the highest expectations. The cables feature 24AWG oxygen-free pure copper conductors, triple shielding to reject EMI and RFI, and gold plated connectors. Unlike other HDMI (f-f) panel mount adapters that are integrated as a permanent part of a plate, the stand-alone BTX-HDFFP has been designed to mount in any standard DB9 hole punch. Not only can you mount it anywhere you like, you can do it without special tooling and use standard off the shelf wall plates and panels.
