Increased funding for programs that support vulnerable  Alber tans, in cluding AISH, Per sons wi th Develop mental Disabilities, homelessness programs and child intervention programs. Post-secondary capital project funding of nearly $500 million over three years, including $282 million as the rst step towards new facilities in Edmonton, Calgary and Lethbridge.
