HOW IT WORKSThe rewards methodology for this module is simple and consists of building a point per dollar (PPD) program in which points are accrued based on the total dollar value of purchases and rewards are earned after a customer reaches a certain number of points. Essentially, the more purchases a customer makes, the more rewards they will earn towards discounts on applicable retail transactions! Integration capabilities with SuitePoint! Account Connect gives users the ability to conveniently view and manage their reward point progress, available rewards accrued, reward expiration dates, and a history of rewards for retail transactions all from the palms of their hands.

This Customer Loyalty Program will help you incentivize at another level by providing a rewards program that works alongside other widely-used retailers, like Starbucks® Rewards. Customers will be sure to thank you for dual points earned with their other existing retail accounts!

EQUIPPING RETAIL STAFFNot only is this a rewards program that customers will love to use, but program administrators will appreciate how customizable and functional it is. Retail staff can modify settings for the points per dollar spent, rewards earned for total point value, expiration date and control eligibility of retail locations that can participate in the program.
