What We Will OfferLeiper’s Fork Reserve Bourbon: Composed of a grain bill of corn, wheat and malted barely; aged in 53-gallon white oak barrels for 4-6 years. Leiper’s Fork Tennessee Whiskey: composed of a grain bill of corn, rye, and malted barley; mellowed through maple charcoal in keeping with the time honored Tennessee tradition; aged in 53 gallon white oak barrels for 4-6 years. Leiper’s Fork Tennessee Rye Whiskey: composed of a grain bill of mostly rye, with a small adjunct of corn and malted barely; mellowed through maple charcoal, in keeping with the time honored Tennessee tradition; aged in 53 gallon white oak barrels for 2-3 years.Old Natchez Trace New Make White Whiskey is our offering of an un-aged version of our Tennessee Whiskey, after it is charcoal mellowed but before it is barreled; a bright flavorful whiskey that will be one of our initial offerings.Old Natchez Trace Un-aged Rye Whiskey an un-aged version of our Tennessee Rye, after it is charcoal mellowed but before it is barreled; a spicy but smooth whiskey that will also be one of our initial offerings. White Maple Tennessee Whiskey
