WELDED MESH

QH Plus utilizes resistive spot welding (RSW) technology to produce welded mesh meeting the requirements of high precision, quality and productivity. Deformed bars or wire rods are perpendicularly laid across a series of wires. High electrical current is then applied to melt the metal down and simultaneously clamp the sheet together at intersecting points.

• Ensuring the high precision and consistence in mesh spacing• Reducing field labor and equipment leasing costs• Replacing manually-produced mesh; thereby, saving time• Enhancing adherence of reinforcement to concrete• Advoiding losses and quality deterioration of steel at construction sites

QH Plus also supplies customers with complementary products helping position reinforcement more properly in concrete.

D Anchors are made for primary application of lifting precast concrete components


QH Inserts are made for mutiple applications consisting of lifting and connecting precast concrete elements such as slabs, beams, etc.

Precast slabs and beams are connected by QH Inserts.

Couplers are utilized as threaded connectors for reinforcing bars.

P Inserts are designed for casting into concrete and creating fixed points for the attachment of structural components and ancillary fittings such as lighting, mechanical and electrical (M&E) or air-conditioning systems.

Fasteners are used to connect structural steel components.

In addition to the development of strategic products, QH Plus also invests in highly-qualified human resources, plant and infrastructure enabling us to provide steel-processing centers and electro galvanizing services with the intention of fulfilling customers’ xpectation.

QH Plus offers slitting, shearing line services for steel coil and cutting, bending, stamping services for long steel (DBar, H Beam …) in accordance with customers’ requests. Equiping factory with advanced technology, controlling the production processes strictly, QH Plus ensures the great precision in all output and delivers in a timely manner.

QH Plus provides customers with electro galvanizing services. The galvanization enables inner materials to be highly resistant to rust and corrosion and to have a satiny apperance; thereby, increase the durability of steel.
