This metal-coating process ensures the adhesion of zinc to the surface of the steel sheet, which provides excellent corrosion resistance through a process of sacrificial corrosion. Galvalume Steel for Heat Insulated &Corrosion Protection Mill Finish : Coil / Sheet / Corrugated Surface Finish : Plain / Pre-painted Thickness : 0.15mm to 1.2mm Width : Max width 1500mm Color Code : RAL Galvalume Steel is a product very similar to Galvanized Steel but with better corrosion resistance (up to three times the life of Galvanized Steel). Its superior properties arise from the unique composition (Zn 43.5% : Si 1.5% : Al 55%) of its metallic coating. Applications include roofing, base material for pre-painting and other construction related usage.
