Senior Management Team

Dave Striplin SVP Loan Production

Dave has over 24 years experience in the

mortgage industry primarily to develop

nationwide production platforms for prime

lending. His previous experience includes

National Production Manager for Mortgage

Investors Group and prior to that, Dave ran

the Western Division production at Loancity

and Fleet Mortgage.

His responsibilities at PCM include the day

to day operations and overall strategies for

loan production in PCM’s 3 channels of

originations, Retail, Affiliate, and Wholesale

production.

Robert Boliard President

Robert was principal of Boliard, Takasugi &

McBride, LLP (“BTM”), an accounting firm

specializing in the mortgage banking

industry. BTM performed financial counseling

and audits, loan servicing, and compliance

audits.

Bill Johnson Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Bill has 25 years of experience running finance

organizations for large and small companies. 13

years in the mortgage banking arena. Bill’s day-

to-day responsibilities include treasury

managements functions, accounting, human

resources, payroll, servicing and warehousing.

John Gezi Capital Markets

John has 21 years of experience in Secondary

Marketing and Capital Markets. John’s team is

responsible for pricing, hedging, trading, loan

sales and product development.

During these 21 years, John has worked for a

depository banking institution, publicly traded

companies, and privately held mortgage banks.

PCM’s Advisor Retention Program

Details of the program:

• We will set aside 5 basis points of in-house funded loan volume for all loan originators

including producing branch managers.

• The production period will be January 1 to December 31 of each year.

• You must be employed on March 15 and September 15 of the following year. The

payout of the 5 basis points will be paid as follows:

• 50% paid on March 15 of the following year.

• 50% paid on September 15 of the following year.

• The monies will be deposited into a separate trust account by the 15th of the

following month for payout on March 15 and September 15 of the following year.
