I’m increasingly meeting people who are perplexed by the concept of ‘brand’.
Its not an easy concept to grasp. Companies like Apple redefine the meaning of ‘brand’ every day; whereas advertising & marketing folks do their best to confuse it.
My decks present the way I look at Brands, with a + and – for each view.
