Work may not proceed without the issuance of a permit.

The building department will collect a Plan Review fee at time of application submittal. The permit fee, as well as any Septic or Road Impact fees will be collected when the permit is issued.

The permit application must be signed by the owner or by person having written authority from the owner to act as their representative.

Building cannot be occupied until a Certificate of Occupancy (CO) is issued. Using the building without a CO will be considered an illegal occupancy and may be grounds for vacating the premises. (Final/CO inspection requirements will be attached to your approved field set of plans.)

Report: Visually inspected the high strength bolting at the main frame, portal frame, and end wall frame column, beam, and rafter connections. Also randomly tested a minimum of two bolts per connection at the column, beam, and rafter connections for proper tightness. Verified cable bracing was installed.

The high strength bolting inspected as outlined above appeared to be in conformance with the plans for bolt size & grade, and the A325 high strength bolts appeared to be sufficiently tightened.

To the best of my knowledge this completes the special inspection ofthe high strength bolting & steel frame details as outlined above.
