Inspection Findings




This report was prepared for the New York State Department of Transportation. The scope of this

inspection was to document any structure integration or interaction between the Begin bridge

abutment at BIN 1000040 and the adjacent building basement located at 101 Mamaroneck

Avenue, Mamaroneck, NY 10543. Additionally, any defects found in the building basement were

to be noted.

During the inspection on September 5, 2019 no interaction between the bridge structure and

building structure was noted from within the basement of 101 Mamaroneck Avenue,

Mamaroneck, NY 10543. The building structure is in good structural repair. Below are

photographs documenting the condition and configuration of the building basement adjacent to

BIN 1000040.
