IVI’s training programme – based on established adult
education theory & principles
- Bloom’s taxonomy of the cognitive domain1 involves
the development of knowledge and intellectual skills,
including:
• recall or recognition of specific facts
• procedural patterns
• concepts that serve in the development of intellectual
abilities and skills
- Each level can address of number of cognitive areas:
• Concept: What is a CBB?
• Fact: Define a Practice, Outcome, Metric
• Process: Generate an IT-CMF assessment report
• Procedure: Conduct an IT-CMF Executive
Assessment
• Principle: How, why, when to apply IT-CMF to support
organisation transformation
- Content items and associated “practices” (or learning
activities) are presented to the learner to support the
learning objective.
