Bringing your custom home to life. Zicka Homes starts your building proj-ect by ensuring that you’re in the ideal place. We share various communities and sites with you for your consideration. A number of model homes are also available to get a feel for the floor plan and extraordinary craftsmanship. For new residents, Zicka is happy to show you several areas around the Tri-state to see what fits you best.

Explore existing floor plans. Zicka Homes offers a variety of floor plans that serve as a starting template. From there, you can make alterations that suit your personal tastes. Should you wish to see a specific floor plan in a finished state, Zicka Homes can arrange for you to see the end product of one of our previous projects. Zicka clients enjoy sharing their homes with potential buyers.

Get a taste of the Zicka Design Center. A visit to the newly renovated Zicka Homes Design Center gets your creative juices flowing. Browse the accent elements and fixtures to pick up some design cues for the home you envision. Chat with one of our professional Interior Designers to brainstorm ideas.

Experience delivers and accurate price quote. More than five decades of experience equips us with the knowledge to provide you a very accurate quote for your custom home project. We know our industry and process so well that you won’t encounter any surprises.

Signing the contract. All the procedures and costs are reviewed with you. Most homeowners don’t need a construction loan to start building. Zicka Homes requires just 10% down to get going. If other options suit you better, we can discuss those, too.

An eye for design. One of the most rewarding and fun parts of building with Zicka is your experience with our newly renovated and upgraded Design Center. Together, you and a professional designer choose the ideal materials, appointments and accouterments for your home. This attention to detail ensures that your custom home reflects your creative vision. Additionally, the broad selection of options enables you to make all your decisions in one place, eliminating multiple trips to various stores.

Walk your home site. Before we break ground, we stake out your future home on the building site. During this meeting, you also meet the construction supervisor and are free to ask any final questions you may have.

Let the building begin. The building process follows this basic schedule. When complete, you’re the owner of one of the finest custom homes in the Tri-state.

The home stretch. Upon completion, a Zicka professional conducts a thorough walkthrough with the homeowner. During this meeting, any final details or modifi-cations are discussed so the Zicka Homes team can ensure complete satisfaction. Additionally, the Zicka associate performs a new home orientation, demonstrating everything in the home. Once all the details are covered, it’s time to call the movers. Welcome home. It’s yours!
