The Master of Science in Real Estate and Infrastructure degree from the Johns Hopkins carey Business School’s Edward St. John Real Estate Program prepares graduate students to be exceptional industry leaders and innovative experts. Whether you specialize in real estate and infrastructure development, finance, investment, law, management, community economic development, valuation, or brokerage, the graduate programs offered by the Edward St. John Real Estate Program provide an unmatched advantage. classes are offered at convenient times in both Baltimore and Washington, d.c.

The Part-time MS in Real Estate and Infrastructure (36 credits)

designed for mid-career real estate professionals with at least three years of industry experience, the part-time MS in Real Estate and Infrastructure accommodates full-time professionals as it provides a comprehensive understanding of the industry, with an emphasis on sustainable urban development. Most students can earn the degree in two years. Working with academic and practitioner faculty, participants develop the knowledge and skills needed to analyze, understand, and take advantage of the latest developments in this fast- changing profession.

The Full-Time MS in Real Estate and Infrastructure (36 credits)

This program is designed for real estate and infrastructure professionals with fewer than eight years of experience who are able to enroll as full-time students in a 12-month concentrated format. The course of study includes an optional internship in which students directly apply what they learned in the classroom. Internships are supervised by an industry mentor and a faculty member to ensure the academic and professional quality of the work experience. The program offers students from the u.S. and abroad a challenging full-time academic experience with in-depth individual academic counseling and advising.

MBA with Real Estate and Infrastructure Concentration (54 credits)

The MBA with Real Estate and Infrastructure concentration offers a unique, multi-disciplinary curriculum that goes beyond the typical real estate courses in an MBA program. It gives students the advantage of completing a concentrated series of real estate courses in the context of a general business education. The real estate and infra-structure electives in the MBA program are the same as the comprehensive core courses in the MS in Real Estate and Infrastructure offerings.  MBA students are able to take courses in the evenings without interruption to their careers. The MBA is designed to be completed in three years, although students can take up to six years to finish the program.
