Multi-Source Feedback—Learning to See Differently

Mission— Adaptability—Involvement—Consistency

Our confidential, on-line, comprehensive assessment receives feedback from others compared to your self-assessment to allow you to see yourself thru the lens of others. We use the Denison Leadership Development 360, the industry leader in Culture and Leader Assessments.

• Measures a leader’s performance on a set of 12 leadership behaviors linked to high performing business cultures. Based on the Denison Model, this 360 degree assessment benchmarks an individual’s leadership and management skills to those of leaders in other organizations.

• A developmental tool, provides data-based feedback, allowing leaders to compare their own ratings to those of coworkers and to identify gaps in perceived strengths, weaknesses and capabilities.

• The Survey—This 96-item survey leverages feedback from a number of different perspectives, including boss/supervisors, peers, direct reports and others. User-friendly and administered online through a system that allows leaders to personally manage their Leadership Development Survey process. The Denison 360 is offered in multiple languages and takes about 20-25 minutes to complete.

• The Results—Normative scoring is used to present survey results. Your survey data is compared to our global database of nearly 15,000 leaders (from a wide variety of industries, job functions, management levels and tenures) and tabulate graphical profiles–represented in a Summary Report–that convey the results in percentile scores.

• In your standard summary report, you will receive:

• Circumplex reports that compare your self-ratings to the ‘Combined Other’ group of boss, peers, direct reports and others

• Line item data showing individual scores on each of the questions, and a Line Item report summarizing the 10 highest and lowest scoring items according to the ‘Combined Other’ category

• A Gap report outlining strengths, weaknesses, and under- and over-estimated capabilities

• A Comments Report

• Your report is interpreted during a private 1-on-1 debriefing session by one of our expert leadership coaches. From your 360 results, your coach will assist you to learn to:

• Identify behavioral strengths and challenges

• Enhance awareness of how others’ perceive you

• Create action plans for development

• Track and sustain progress

• Apply this feedback to your real business challenges— not theory.

Use the Denison Leadership Development 360 to help your leaders:

1) Identify specific areas of individual strength and weakness, and establish an action plan for leader-ship development;

2) Understand group-level leadership strengths and weaknesses;

3) Learn how specific skills and practices impact their leadership performance;

4) Develop leadership skills necessary to adapt to a changing environment;

5) Understand their role in creating a high-performance culture.
