Susan Rice leads Global User Experience Design at Vistaprint (VPRT). In 2011, she influenced executive leadership to reorganize a distributed UX team – creating the UX Center of Excellence. Since then, she’s doubled the size of the team – enabling greater UX input and strategy into all aspects of the project lifecycle.
