The list of repairs and upgrades needed to provide a safe environment for future brothers is long. We need to address these issues, or the Vermillion Fire Marshall is likely to close the house down. Persistent water problems No fire sprinkler system Inadequate electrical system No air conditioning Outdated boiler system The kitchen is inadequate Cinder block construction is difficult to remodel Current SAE house is not competitive with newer campus or private housing.
