After Inspecting physical and academic infrastructure U.P. State Government on dated 31/Aug/2010(Under U.P. Act 22 of 2010) approved Invertis University, Bareilly Uttar Pradesh as a State Private University.

Invertis University Bareilly U.P. Act, 2009 was passed by U.P. Legislature to establish & incorporate a teaching University under Registration No. SSP/LW/NP-91/2008-10.

Reference No.:2784/SATTAR-1-10-120(5)/09.

Date of Approval: 10 Sep 2010.

UNIVERSITY GRANT COMMISSION (UGC)

UGC by circular reference no. 8 23/2010(CPP-I/PU) Dated 7 Feb 2011 has stated that Invertis University, Bareilly (U.P.) has been established by an Act (No 22 of 2010) of State legislature of U.P. as a State Private University and is empowered to award degrees in various courses as specified by the U.G.C under section 22 of the U.G.C Act 1956 through its main campus with the approval of statutory bodies /councils, where ever required.

The University has to follow UGC minimum standard & procedure for award of M.Phil / Ph.d degree, Regulation, 2009.

Government Notification No.: 1105(2)/LXXIX-V-1-10-1(Ka)29-2009 Dated 1 Sep 2010.

All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE)

During the visit of University Grant Commission for inspecting Physical & Academic Infrastructure of Invertis University, Bareilly Uttar Pradesh, the UGC inspection team included member of A.I.C.T.E nominee , COA, BCI, PCI, Journalism, etc. As per AICTE letter F. No. AICTE / NRO / AB / 1166 /2014 /Invertis / M.sc/46 Dated 23/09/2014.,it is not mandatory for the University to take prior approval for starting any technical course or program.

Ref-AICTE & ORS {2001(8)Sec 676 as per the judgment of Honorable Supreme Court.

PHARMACY COUNCIL OF INDIA (PCI)

Pharmacy Council of India has approved Invertis Institute of Pharmacy for two year Diploma program as well as 4 year Degree program with an intake of 60 seats each, and here by empowered Invertis University to award degree for the approved courses.

The Governing council of the Association of thIndian University (AIU) in its 328 meeting

held on July 22, 2014 at Dharmshinh Desai University, Nadiad, Gujarat considered the application for the grant of provisional membership to Invertis University, Bareilly and resolved to grant the same with effect 2014-15.
