DUAL FLOW SYSTEMThe exclusive Dual Flow System is a device which uses the dual channelling of the air from the chimney and

the ventilation fan to ensure uniform warm air circulation and keep the temperature of the oven door lower

than traditional ovens, for increased safety, particularly in the presence of children.

Cold air collected from around the oven and drawn in by the fan is divided into two flows. The first extracts

warm air from the chimney and pushes it out of the oven. The second airflow, in a parallel channel, passes

inside the door, cooling it, and then exits via a deflector located below.

Perfect cooking is easy to achieve, thanks to the constant circulation of heat ensured by

the sophisticated electronic device which manages the cooking cycles. High Definition

Cooking means completely uniform results on every cooking level. With the Dual Flow

System, patented by Indesit co., the fan located inside the cavity creates two separate air

flows to ensure even cooking.

Ariston's automatic cooking programmes, based on

patented technology and the experience of expert

chefs, mean you can bake perfect bread which is

just to your taste, choose between sumptuous deep

pan or deliciously thin and crispy pizzas, make sure

your cakes rise just right, roast your lamb, beef,

pork or chicken like a professional and even poach

wonderfully tender fillets of fish. The automatic

programmes use the perfect cooking settings for

your preselected recipe: the temperature and time

vary during cooking to ensure restaurant-quality

results.

Using the manual programmes, it is possible

to change the pre-set temperature between 40

and 250 according to your choice and cooking

experience. Ariston ovens also allow to cook at low

temperatures: a professional way of cooking to

create healthy, light and tasty dishes.

The oven programming system is organised logically and intuitively, from left to right. This makes it easy to

select both the functions and the cooking settings.

LOGICAL PROGRAMMING

Sensitive to changing trends in contemporary design, Ariston has resized its ovens, further enhancing both

their appearance and functionality. Ariston has managed to reduce the gap between its oven doors and its

oven frames to just 4 mm, reducing the annoying flow of warm air out of the oven. This innovation has also

meant that we have been able to review the dimensions of our oven doors. The new Luce ovens have doors

which are 482.5 mm high, compared to the 460 mm doors of the ovens in the previous range, an increase

which has been achieved by reducing the control panel by almost 3 cm. The larger door and the reduction

of the steel frame mean that cooking progress can be easily monitored on all shelves in the oven, including

the top shelf, which is often difficult to see.

PYROLYSISFast Clean is an automatic cleaning cycle which does not require chemical products. Depending on the type

of dirt, you can choose from three different pyrolysis cycles. At the end of the cycle, simply remove the dust

residue with a damp cloth.

TELESCOPIC GUIDESThe practical telescopic guides which support the dripping pan and the grill during their extraction, make it easier

and safer to check cooking progress and can be easily washed in your dishwasher.

NUMBERED LEVELSThe levels on which the dripping pan and the grill are pla-

ced are numbered, so you can be sure that these items

are correctly positioned during the cooking of specific

recipes or dishes.

INNER GLASS DOORThe inner door made from reinforced tempered glass offers

a smooth surface, free from tiny openings or gaps in which

dirt or grease tend to deposit, making cleaning easier and

more efficient. The inner door also offers a safe rest surface

when checking cooking progress or removing the dripping

pan or the grill.

GREY CAVITYThe cavities of Ariston ovens are grey, a lighter colour which improves visibility inside the oven during cooking, making

it easier to check the progress of your dishes.

EASY-CLEAN ENAMELThe enamel used to coat the internal cavities of Ariston ovens is made from a special, easy-clean formula.

OTHER FUNCTIONS

SAFETYAriston has equipped its ovens with state-of-the-art safety devices, which mean that they are always

safe to use. Thanks to the Dual Flow System, for example, the oven door never reaches a high

temperature. In fact, during standard cooking, the door temperature will never be higher than 35°,

and during the self-cleaning programme it remains at 60°, some 10° lower than models with traditional

ventilation systems. For increased safety, Ariston ovens are equipped with a door lock, a device which

prevents accidental and potentially dangerous opening of the oven door. The control panel may also

be locked, preventing the modification of the cooking settings.

an exceptional result achieved thanks to Ariston's continuing commitment to protect the

environment. Thanks to the electronic control of the heating elements and fans, to the fan

cooling system and the improved cavity insulation, Ariston ovens offer up to 0.63 kWh energy

consumption, the lowest in their category.

LED ILLUMINATIONThanks to 9 LEDs positioned along the internal “walls”, the new Led Inside lighting system creates diffused

IT’S GREENAll Ariston glass-ceramic and induction hobs are manufactured using special "It's Green"

glass-ceramic, produced in a process which doesn’t use arsenic or antimony, just one more

example of our attention to the environment and the health of our population.

The plate only activates when in contact with the pan, while the rest of the surface remains cold.

PAN DETECTION

Ariston's glass-ceramic hobs are equipped with special warning lights which indicate if a zone is still warm once the hob

has been switched off. The indicators switch off automatically when the temperature falls below 60°.

RESIDUAL HEAT INDICATORS

On glass-ceramic hobs, the boil over cut-out device

automatically switches off the hob when a liquid

accidentally boils over from a pan and reaches the

controls. As well as switching off the hob, the device also

sounds an acoustic warning. If a metal object accidentally

comes into contact with the hob in error, the safety device

issues an acoustic warning and automatically switches

off the hob.

BOIL OVER CUT-OUT

Thanks to the selective detection feature, the plate is only activated upon contact with specially adapted pans. If

a small metal object such as a spoon comes accidentally into contact with the plate, the selective detection is not

activated. An acoustic warning will sound in the case of any anomalies.

SELECTIVE DETECTION

If the plate is mistakenly left on, a device will switch it off automatically.

TIME LIMITER

To avoid the programmed Touch Control commands being accidentally changed, or to stop children from activating

them, all Ariston induction and glass-ceramic hobs are equipped with a safety lock.

CHILD SAFETY

The front position of the Touch Control panel makes

using your Ariston hob even easier. Using the Touch

Control panel, you can adjust the heat of each cooking

zone precisely and independently, selecting your

temperatures and functions with a simple touch.

TOUCH CONTROL

Induction hobs are completely smooth and always cold,

making them very easy to clean.

Accidental spills won’t solidify, all it takes is a damp

cloth to remove any food residue, and this can even be

done immediately, with no risk of burns.

EASY-CLEANING

Using the Timer, you can set the automatic switching on and off of all the zones, up to 99 minutes.

TIMER

Using the Booster function, you can reach higher

temperatures in just a few moments and complete your

cooking even more quickly. When the Booster function

is activated, the heat from the plate is increased to

a maximum for 4 minutes, meaning quicker cooking

which remains just as tasty and accurate.

BOOSTER

SAFETYAriston’s induction and glass-ceramic hobs are equipped with safety devices which make them easy and safe to use.

INDUCTION HOBSInduction cooking ensures quick and uniform results, easy cleaning and complete safety. This state-of-the-

art technology is based on the generation of a magnetic field between the cooking surface and the metal

base of the pan, which produces energy which is immediately transformed into a homogenous heat source

distributed only inside the cooking vessel.

This specific feature prevents the dispersion of heat, thus reducing cooking times.

Recognisable by their modern and elegant design, induction hobs blend perfectly with your kitchen tops and

are easy to clean, thanks to their smooth, cool, glass-ceramic surfaces.

will meet all of your needs. Choose from a state-of-the-art range of products in terms of use, appearance and

variety. Hobs in different shapes and sizes which offer contemporary lines and high quality materials to suit the

unique style of any kitchen environment. As well as its innovative Luce gas hobs with Direct Flame burners, Ariston

is pleased to offer you its new collection of 90, 60 and 75 cm hobs. Their larger dimensions mean you can benefit

from an increased cooking surface, for easier preparation of your dishes compared to a standard 60 cm hob.

All Ariston hobs are fitted with the Gas Control device integrated into the burners, a safety system which stops the

flow of gas if the flame is accidentally switched off.

GAS CONTROL

Switching on a Ariston hob only takes one hand, making every operation quicker and safer.

IGNITION

A powerful burner for better cooking in less time. The flame can

be adjusted independently on each crown – from 0.4 to 5 kW - and

the same burner can be used for making coffee, for a small frying

pan or a large pot, simply adjust the power of the flame.

D O U B L E C R O W N - D O U B L E REGULATION BURNER (DCDR)

With 3.5 kW of power and perfectly even heat distribution

under your pan, the Double Crown burner cooks any dish

quickly and to the highest standard.

DOUBLE CROWN

There’s no more flexible burner than the Double Face, which

with its two rotating elliptical flames, adapts perfectly to the

shape of your fish kettle or your larger rectangular trays but is

also ideal for your smallest pans. The two burners can be used

together or separately.

DOUBLE FACE

The special Triple Crown burner makes the most of its

power, generating even heat for quick and efficient cooking.

Its innovative structure ensures the optimum spread of heat

below the pan, reducing preparation times.

There are two different types of cooker hoods: the ducted hood for external evacuation and the recirculation

hood for internal filtering. The first type is the most efficient, as it effectively purifies the air, but this option

does require a direct external outlet. The filter hood, in contrast, can be installed anywhere, and extracts steam

and odours which rise from the hob, purifying them using a series of filters before rereleasing them into the

environment. As long as the filters are regularly replaced, these hoods ensure excellent results.

DUCTED OR

RECIRCULATION HOODS

PLUS

Ariston hoods have two types of filter: one for grease

and a second for odours, the latter of which is present

only in recirculation models. The grease filter captures

particles of grease and keeps hold of them, preventing

them from entering the hood and reaching the motor.

The anti-grease filter can be easily removed and washed

in the dishwasher. The anti-odour filter on the other

hand, serves to purify the air and is usually located in a

plastic container containing granules of active carbon,

a natural substance which absorbs grease, odours

and humidity. By regularly replacing the active carbon

filters you can be sure that your air will continue to be

efficiently purified, making your time in your kitchen

much more pleasant.

In accordance with our philosophy of quality, which

always guides the selection of our materials, Ariston

uses only the highest quality, rustproof aluminium or

stainless steel filters.

FILTERS

The Sensor Plus infra-red heat sensor constantly detects the temperature below the hood, automatically switching it

on and off. Energy consumption is optimised by the automatic power adjustment system, because the hood switches

on only when necessary and automatically switches off when it no longer detects the presence of steam and vapour in

the air.

SENSOR PLUS

By selecting the Booster function, you can increase

the power of your hood, for the quick extraction of bad

smells or bothersome steam. In models equipped with

timer controlled Boosters, the function switches off

automatically after 5 minutes.

BOOSTER

Ariston uses alternative extraction technology, in which

the flow of air is channelled around the external perime-

ter of the hood, a system which is particularly efficient

in terms of reducing energy consumption and noise.

The filters are conveniently located under a steel panel,

which improves the hood’s appearance and simplifies

cleaning and maintenance.

PERIMETER EXTRACTION

The hoods are equipped with a visual indicator showing

the saturation levels of the anti-grease and active carbon

filters. When the indicator lights up, the anti-grease filter

must be washed or the carbon filter replaced.

PLUS MAINTENANCE

Maintaining your Ariston hood is extremely simple and practical. The anti-grease filter can be removed in just a few

seconds and washed in your dishwasher, and the replacement of the active carbon filter is just as click and does not

require any special intervention. The active carbon filters must be replaced every 3-4 months to ensure the motor

continues to run efficiently. It is important to remember that correct use of the hood reduces its operating noise.

Simply follow a few simple steps to reduce noise. For example, we recommend you switch on the hood at the lowest

speed as soon as you start cooking, and then increase it once steam and odours intensify, then finally return to

minimum speed and leave the hood running for another 5 minutes once you have finished cooking.

The attention to detail which Ariston devotes to its

domestic appliances is evident in the logical and

intuitive organisation of the controls on its hoods.

Whether you’re using a mechanical key pad, our

soft touch buttons or our ergonomic Touch Control

commands, actioning and programming your hood

is always smooth and easy. The Touch Control

commands are especially designed so that they don’t

interrupt the aesthetical harmony of the surface,

enhancing the elegant appearance of the appliance

and making cleaning easier. Just a light touch with

your fingertip and the backlit controls are activated.

CONTROLS

Ariston hoods lighting system is designed are

designed to ensure perfect visibility of the cooking

surface, to help the cooking process. Moreover, it

creates a comfortable and stimulating atmosphere

for the kitchen. Depending on the model and

your preferences, some hoods are fitted with low

consumption bulbs, halogen bulbs or LEDs (Light

Emitting Diodes).

LEDs offer particularly effective lighting of your

cooking hob, lighting up the entire surface area

without shadows. LEDs also allow energy savings

of up to 90% and have a lifetime which is ten times

higher than traditional bulbs.

LIGHTING SYSTEM

The rules to be followed for correct assembly of your hood are few and simple:

The hood must be fixed centrally above the cooking hob.

The minimum distance between the hood and the hob must be no less than 65 cm for electric hobs and 70 cm

for gas hobs. We recommend that you do not exceed a maximum distance of 75 cm.

The outlet pipe should be as direct as possible and should have the same diameter as the flange. Moving the

air column contained in the evacuation chamber will lead to a loss in efficiency which is compensated for by

increased hood power.

The hood must be installed away from air currents.

The evacuated air must not be channelled into the same channel used for the outlet of steam from other appliances.

Ariston has completely revised the installation of its built-in models, so mounting the doors is now quicker and easier.

Thanks to the new self-supporting hinges of the fridge freezer models, you can now hang your cabinet doors using their

own hinges, even if the doors are made from steel or are particularly heavy.

5 The temperature reaches -6° centigrade and frozen

items will remain intact for two-three days.

items can be stored for around 15-20 days.

including its energy consumption, expressed in kWh/year. For easier reading, the label will display a letter

from A+++ to G, which is used to identify the so-called “Energy Classes”.

These can be understood as follows:

Ariston offers a large choice of models rated Class A+, showing its commitment to achieving maximum

efficiency and its attention to the growing environmental requirements.

This characteristic indicates the time that the freezer can spend without electrical supply before the food

is altered or damaged. This is expressed in hours (h): the better the product’s thermal insulation, the

higher this value will be.

The Ariston range includes models with an independent operation capacity of up to 22 h.

The freezing capacity describes the maximum quantity of food, expressed in kg, which can be frozen in 24 hours.

In this type of cooling, the air circulates slowly and naturally inside the fridge; this means that different levels of

the refrigerator are at different temperatures.

This ventilation system ensures perfect circulation of air, guaranteeing even temperature distribution and the

Models equipped with the Global A.I.R. system bring together the advantages of the A.I.R. system in the fridge

Double Cold Independent Combined provides this

useful function that allows an electro valve to: - set

up separately fridge temperature and freezer-like

The advantage is that in winter you can set a higher

DUAL CONTROL

pressure and maximum temperature for wash cycles

This program was designed for those needing to wash two

types of dishes together. Duo Wash lets glass and steel

get two different treatments in a single program. Care for

glasses and the most delicate pieces in the upper rack

and energy and power for the pans and stuck-on dirt in the

lower rack.

DUO WASH

SAFETY INSTALLATION

A safety system was designed to prevent any risk

offlooding, cutting off the water coming in from the

home’sinlet point. Water Detector detects the amount

of waterin the dishwasher, preventing an excess in

case ofproblems, such as obstructions or an excess

of foam. Plus, the models’ function has another level

of safety, called Water Stop, a double-chamber tube,

designed towithstand wear over time and pressures

Fast-Fixwas designed for enhanced ease

ininstallation, faster execution and perfectcentering.It

provides a simple system for door/paneljoining, with

just two holes to be made on thepanel before apply it

and Velcro supports toattach it.

To avoid cutting the kitchen baseboard, it was

designed a double-swing movementforthe hinges,

which cause of shift of the dooroutwards.

New self-balancing and double-swing hinges were

developed to allow for a smooth, evenmovement of

the door. They can identify theweight of the panel

mounted on thedishwashers and self-adjust.

FAST FIX

This option lets you wash a full load of dishes with

flawless results in record time. It cuts down the

program length by 30%. The combined power of the

Flexipower with temperature adjustment can wash and

dry a full load in A Class in extra short times.

SHORTIME

If you have the dishwasher only half loaded, but you

don’t want to wait, Half Load Up or Down allows to load

either the upper or the lower basket, thus saving time,

water and energy.

HALF LOAD

In order to gain a perfect silence Ariston made the

GoodNight option that reduces noise even further.

This means the dishwasher can even be used at night,

without disturbing sleep or the neighbours, making full

use of the advantages of night time rates when there is

differentiated rate for electric energy.

GOODNIGHT

Thanks to the Delay Timer, you can delay the cycle start

by up to 24 hours. The wash can start in any moment of

the day, even when you are not at home.

DELAY TIMER

It is the first option in the market specifically

conceived to optimize the use of detergent tabs. This

option improves washing and drying performances

guaranteeing uncomparable cleaness and brightness.

STYLE AND COMFORT

Extracting and loading the racks has never been so easy. The new telescopic guides system and ball bearings

make the sliding of the upper rack light and smooth, even when fully loaded.

14 PLATESThe upper rack has four rows of adjustable inserts for optimal loading flexibility. The new dish-separating grate can be

dropped quickly, making the bottom rack totally flat to accommodate bulky dishes. Taking away the silverware basket

can make room for an additional 14 plates.

The new Dual-Space system lets all the space in the

Ariston offers a washer-dryer of 7 kg load capacity reaching the higher standard of washing quality.

FLEXIBLE LOAD CAPACITY

This program guarantees the best cleaning and

hygiene thanks to the high temperature 90° and the

use of bleach. This program avoids to pre-treat spots

eliminating dirt and bacteria.

SANITARYThanks to an electronic control Ariston’s washer-dryer is able to ensure the right balance between load, water,

temperature and spin speed in order to achieve outstanding performances.

SUPER WASH

Baby Cycle is the new program that simplifies a

mother’s life. It guarantees the maximum level of

hygiene washing at a temperature of 40°. The cycle uses

more water in order to dilute detergents, optimize the

specific additives action and rinse deeply each garment

eliminating each detergent trace from the textile. It

respects your skin and your clothes.

BABY CYCLE

This program allows to wash the most delicate

garments (silk clothes, lingerie) without ruining them.

The drum movement and major use of water riduce

the friction between the fibres, the extra rinse phase

guarantees the elimination of any detergent trace,

respecting the most sensitive skins.

SILK AND CURTAINS

In order to completely remove any trace of detergent

from clothing, this option provides an extra rinse. The

entire load is therefore safe for the most sensitive skin.

EXTRA RINSE

Delay Timer allows to postpone the washing cycle up to

9 hours

DELAY TIMER

This program allows to refresh in just 15 minutes each

kind of garment up to 1,5 kg of load capacity.

MIX 15’A very fast programme conceived to care for your

clothes of any fabrics, by refreshing them in 30 minutes

at 30°C to get the best results for loads up to 3 kg.
