Reporting to School

Your child/ward will need to report to the following venues by 7.30a.m. accordingly:

Note: Students are to have a storybook with them for silent reading every morning.

• Attendance in school is compulsory.

– Parents should not arrange for students to go on holidays during curriculum time.

– Should the need arises, permission must be sought from the Principal/Vice-Principals.

• Absence from school

– Medical Certificates or Letters from Parents must be produced when the student returns to school.

• Morning Arrival

– Vehicles are allowed to drive into the

school premises before 7.30 a.m.

– Please ask your child to get ready so that

he/she can alight from the car safely and

promptly.

• School Dismissal

– Cars are not allowed to be parked in the

school premises for safety reasons.

• Early Departure– Students are not allowed to leave the school before

dismissal without a valid reason.– Teachers should be informed.– An EXIT PASS must be obtained from the General

Office and shown to the security officer at the gate before a student can leave school before dismissaltime.

– A student going home earlier must be accompanied by an adult family member.

1. Who can access Parents Gateway?

• Parents Gateway contains sensitive information about students and their parents. Access to the mobile app is restricted to parents and legal guardians who are Singpass holders.

• Schools will continue to issue hardcopy letters and consent forms to parents and legal guardians who are unable to onboard Parents Gateway.

2. Must I pay for the app?

Parents Gateway is free-of-charge.

3. I have more than 1 child, do I require multiple accounts?

No, you do not need multiple accounts. You will be able to access all your children’s information through a single platform on Parents Gateway, even if your children are attending different schools.
