1. Bila PB-IB Trip, Urea III atau Urea IV potong 1 compressor CO2 secara bergantian :

- tanggal ganjil Urea III- tanggal genap Urea IV

Pabrik Urea yang lainnya rate CO2 menyesuaikan. Semua Boiler yang masih jalan dinaikkan bebannya, kebeban maksimum.

2. Bila salah satu Boiler di Utilitas ada yang trip ( kecuali PB-IB ), semua pabrik Urea cut rate ke 90 %, bila tekanan steam masih tidak dpt naik maka Urea III atau Urea IV potong 1 compressor CO2 secara bergantian :

- tanggal ganjil Urea III- tanggal genap Urea IV

3. Apabila pada saat butir 1 atau 2 tiba-tiba ada Boiler trip lagi, rate CO2 Urea-III & IV @ 50%. Bila tekanan MS masih kurang, maka pabrik Urea yang boiler nya baru trip SHUT DOWN total. Berlaku juga bila WHB trip yang disebabkan oleh GTG trip, pabrik Urea tetap normal operasi ( tidak ada yang ter Shedding ).

Kondisi operasi dari seluruh boiler di Utility normal operasi dan dapat dioperasikan dengan aman, sampai beban maksimum yang dapat diijinkan yaitu :

WHB-II, III, IV, IB = 80, 80, 80, 75 ton/jam.PB-II, III, IV, IB = 90, 80, 80, 100 ton/jam.
