For the month of March this resulted in an actual gain of $1,582 versus a budgeted gain of $1,301. For the three months ended March 31,2017 the actual revenues were $136,370 versus a budget of $140,913, and actual expenses were $132,972 versus a budget of $134,571. For the three months ended in March this resulted in an actual gain of $3,398 versus a budgeted gain of $6,342.
