II. Examples of not being respectful-

Using the words “gay,” “girly,” and “retarded” to put someone

down.

Discuss the negative connotations that are created when these words

are used in this fashion.

disrespectful or unkind?

Although the “stop” technique might work, the “walk”

technique may not be feasible so skip right to the “talk” step.
