B U L M E R S D E C KThe Bulmers Deck is a perfect space for small corporate and private events, with the area closed to the public. There is seating for 30, but can fit around 50 standing or cocktail-style.

There is no hire fee for the deck, however there is a $500 deposit required to secure the booking, which is fully redeemable for food and drink at your function.

A L L A N K O L K K A B A RWith direct access to the TAB and big screen, reserving seating in the Allan Kolkka Bar is perfect for end of season celebrations, the start of a bucks day or after-work drinks for about 30 people.

H O W D O W E G E T T O T H E C L U B ?

Parking at the Club is limited. It is recommended to take the G:link tram and disembark at the Northcliffe Station. The Club is 1 block or 270 meters from the station.

D O W E H A V E T O B E M E M B E R S ?

You don’t have to be a member to have a function at the Club, however anyone who lives within 15km of the venue, needs to be a member or be signed in by a member. Anyone who lives outside the 15km radius may sign themselves in as a Visitor. It is recommended to sign up as a member prior to the event to avoid waiting in a queue on a busy night.

Members receive 10% discount on food and drinks in the Club for the entire financial year, as well as receiving birthday vouchers and other benefits.

W H E N D O W E P A Y ?

A $500 deposit is required to book any function or reserve seating at the Club. Any food and beverage purchases over your $500 accrued on the night must be settled at the close of the function.

All deposits/minimum spends can be paid by direct deposit, credit card or in cash.

ACCOUNTS ON THE DAY

You are more than welcome to set up a beverage account at the bar on the day. Accounts are available via:

CLIPP APPBMD Northcliffe is part of the Clipp App. Download the App, set up an account and you can pay with your phone.

C A N W E H A V E E N T E R T A I N M E N T ?

The Bulmers Deck has its own set of speakers, so you may bring your playlist on a mobile device. We have to stay compliant with sound legislation, so the manager on duty will set the volume and no changes will be made. You will need to arrive at your function early, at a time organised with management to test the device.

A soloist can perform on the Bulmers Deck, but they need to visit the venue in advance to make sure there is room for their equipment. The venue needs to strictly comply with fire legislation and any equipment cannot obstruct fire exits.

CANCELLATIONS• Bookings are non refundable from 14 days or less from the event date,

unless previously agreed.• If late attendance is unavoidable by any function attendees, please

speak to your function coordinator in advance.

CATERING• No food or beverages will be permitted to be bought in for

consumption at any function unless otherwise approved by the venue.• Food requirements and any special dietary requests must be

communicated to the venue no less than 14 days prior to the event.

DRESS CODE• Dress standards are to be appropriate to the requirements of the

function.• Neat and tidy appearance is required in the Club at any time.

WET WEATHER• Although we wish it were different, the weather is completely out of

our hands. If you book a function outdoors on the Bulmers Deck and it rains, we will endeavor to find you space inside, however we cannot guarantee seating.

RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL & MINORS• The venue follows guidelines for Responsible Serving of Alcohol. Staff

members are instructed not to serve any alcoholic beverages to guests under the age of 18 years, or to guests in a state of intoxication and disorder.

• Venue staff reserve the right to refuse the service of alcohol & may ask you to vacate the premises.

• Minors caught consuming alcohol on the premises will be escorted from the premises along with their parents/legal guardian, police may be notified.
