    Independent ContractorsMany recreation classes are being provided by contract with an invendor. While the City o Burlingame has reviewed the vendors qexperience, and suitability or providing the class, the City may not hathe individual employees o the vendor.

    General InormationClasses may be cancelled due to lack o enrollment. Please make every eort toregister early so a class will not be cancelled unnecessarily.Burlingame residents pay a discounted ee. Burlingame Residents: Thoseindividuals who currently RESIDE IN BURLINGAME. Proo o residencymay be required (Drivers license or PG& E bill with your current Burlingame

    Registration FeeThere is a non-reundable $12 registration ee included in every class ee.

    ReundsA reund will be only given i a class or activity is cancelled by the RecreationDepartment. No exceptions! Reunds take our weeks to process and will bemailed to you. I a student withdraws rom a class no later than one week prior tothe class beginning he/she may receive a department credit sl ip as listed below.No reunds, credit adjustments or prorating will be given ater the class begins.

    Department Credit AdjustmentsTo receive a Department Credit or a class ee please note the ollowingprocedures: The Recreation Center oce must be notied no later than one week prior tothe rst class that the student wishes a Department Credit. No exceptions! Noreunds or credit adjustments will be issued ater the class begins. Credits are processed Monday Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm by calling 558-7300. The $12 registration fee and a $7 processing fee will be deducted per activity. Department Credits are good for one year and may be applied to any futureDepartment activities. Department Credits take one business day to processand will be mailed to you.

    Please note: Unoreseen circumstances may cause an instructor to occasionally

    cancel a class. Make-up classes will be scheduled at the instructor s convenience.Credits will not be issued i you cannot attend the make-up class.
