THE NEW SCHEME

As we said before our proposal is very similar to the current scheme that already has a permission. Our proposal includes;

• Mixed use including retail space on the Ground Floor.

• Building pushed towards Burnt Oak to protect resident’s outlook.

• Communal Garden for residents.

• About 76 fl ats over 6 fl oors, split between Affordable and Open Market Housing.

• About 84 parking spaces split over Ground and Mezzanine Floors.

• Softening and green landscaping to the rear of the scheme to protect neighbours privacy and outlook.
