MY JOB
Costume designers create a performer's entire wardrobe
look.. They help provide a dimension of believability and
help their clients transform with their creativity and detail
orientation.
The role of the costume designer is to create the
characters and balance the scenes with texture and color,
etc. The costume designer works alongside the director,
scenic, lighting designer, sound designer, and other creative
personnel. The costume designer may also collaborate with
hair stylist, wig master, or makeup artist.
THEME/STYLE
Time period: 1950’s
Themes: • Southern/country style• bonds • small town feel• comfort
MAIN CHARACTERS
It’s march so everyone is dressed for brisk
weather not expecting the snow storm.
Everyone has a touch of color similar to the
other characters that are significant to them
Everyone that stays in the town at the end is
wearing some shade of blue.
