    Jim Wiggett is the founder and President of Jackson Hole Group. Throughout his 27-year career

    in human resource and executive corporate management he has brought clients of Jackson Hole

    Group strategic and efficient business expertise. Before founding Jackson Hole Group, Mr.Wiggett held a number of prestige senior executive positions.

    Jim headed the Human Resource department for seven years at The Charles SchwabCorporation. He was a key executive when the company was experiencing double-digit annual

    growth in revenues, profits, productivity and employees. He left the Charles Schwab Corporationin 1992 to join the Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton Retail Group.

    As Executive Vice President for the Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton Retail Group, Jim was known

    for his consulting support to individual management teams and coaching to the key executives.During his tenure, Jim participated in several mergers and acquisitions. Some of these included

    the major acquisition of Duty Free Shops.

    DFS, based in San Francisco, is the world's leading retailer to the international traveler. Thecompany currently operates more than 180 duty free and general merchandise shops in airport

    terminals, hotel lobbies and downtown locations throughout the Pacific Coast. In 1994, as part ofa company-wide strategic planning initiative, Wiggett headed the task force responsible for the

    redesign of DFS' merchandising process. With success from the redesign process Jim was namedExecutive Vice President with functional responsibilities for Administration, Human Resources,

    Information Technology, Merchandise Planning, and Business Process Planning.

    Jim Wiggets prior experience includes senior executive positions with the Cambridge PlanInternational, ITEL Corporation, and R.H. Macy Corporation. He has served on a number of

    corporate boards such as the Chair for the California Strategic Human Resource Partnership, theInternational Association of Corporate and Professional Recruiters. This is a very accomplished

    man that our class should be pleased to have come speak to us. I am very upset that I have tomiss hearing his expert advice in succeeding in the corporate business world due to our baseball

    schedule. If I was in class I would ask the following questions:
