8-HOUR HAZARDOUS MATERIALS — FIRST RESPONDERS OPERATIONS LEVEL
This course is designed for all employees who respond to releases or potential releases of hazardous substances as part of the initial response to the site for the purpose of protecting nearby persons, property, or the environment from the effects of the release. They are trained to respond in a defensive fashion without actually trying to stop the release. Their function is to contain the release from a safe distance, keep it from spreading and prevent exposure. Course instruction includes case studies. CMV DRIVER BASIC FOR ENTRY-LEVEL TRAINING This four-hour course meets the requirement of 49 CFR 380, Subpart
E which states that all entry-level drivers who drive in interstate operations and are subject to the CDL requirements must receive entry-level driver training. An entry-level driver is defined as a driver with less than one year of experience operating a CMV with a CDL in interstate commerce. DRIVER VEHICLE INSPECTIONS: THE COMPLETE PROCESS This four-hour class teaches drivers and operators of commercial
motor vehicles how to conduct effective inspections as required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Failure to conduct effective inspections results in expensive equipment breakdowns in the field where repairs are not easily made. Equipment failures that “should have been found” during driver inspections will result in both the Carrier’s and the driver’s CSA scores being lowered when discovered during a law enforcement roadside inspection.

New Supervisor Training Series Help your new supervisors gain the knowledge that they need to lead their teams and make your organization more successful. This program is also great for existing supervisors as a high-quality and affordable refresher. Short individual classes are available as well as a comprehensive 40-hour series of classes that touch on everything supervisors deal with in their position.
Leadership and Human Resources SeminarsBe sure to take a look at the leadership section on page 15 for currently scheduled leadership classes. Similar classes are available in expanded formats. Give us a call and we’ll send a comprehensive list of options to you.
LEAN ManufacturingHelp your organization improve efficiency and the quality of your product through proven LEAN manufacturing techniques. A one day overview with simulations is available, as well as two- to three-day workshops in all the features of LEAN.
