Grupo Pedralbes started in early 2013 as a developer-developer of real estate projects, as well as providing engineering and design services for civil, health and road projects. Our company possesses the resources and the technology that guarantees an appropriate management of the costs, effectiveness in the times of execution, quality of the works and effective guarantee in each project.
Our main mission is to work for customer satisfaction, in the achievement of their real estate and construction objectives, our business vision being a group of companies that works to become an institutional benchmark, due to their level of sectorial specialization, where the technology and innovation are focused on improving the quality of life of people, through the delivery of services and products with excellence.
The managers and senior officers of Grupo Pedralbes have more than 30 years of experience in the construction and real estate development sector, developing more than 40 projects nationwide, whether residential, commercial and infrastructure. The curriculum of each of them, as well as their internal function within the business organization, is described below.
Ing. María A. Gatón Hernández
Ing. María A. Gatón graduated as a Civil Engineer from the Autonomous
University of Santo Domingo, with a postgraduate degree in Public
Administration, taught through the Inter-Institutional Agreement of the Inter-
American Development Bank and the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre
y Maestra; Specialization in Service Planning and Formulation of Policies,
Programs and Projects of Social Interest Housing in the National Housing
Institute, among others.
She currently serves as a partner and current Manager of Planning and
Development of the Companies of the ONIX Group, having developed her
experience through the promotion and construction of more than 30 housing
projects (towers and residential). In the same way, and within the internal
structure of Grupo Pedralbes, he serves as General Manager and Head of
Planning and Development, as well as First Vice President of the Association
of Home Builders and Developers of the Dominican Republic (ACOPROVI).

Ing. Angel Paulino
Engineer Ángel Paulino graduated as a Civil Engineer from the Technological Institute
of Santo Domingo (INTEC) and holds a Master's Degree in Architectural Structures
from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia in Barcelona (UPC). He currently serves
as Project Manager in Grupo Onix, as well as Engineering Manager in Grupo
Pedralbes. Within his construction curriculum he has been supervisor and developer
of the following national and international engineering works: Torre Ónix 18 (Piantini),
Pedralbes Tower (Gazcue), Brisas del Sur I Residences (Independencia Ave), Brisas
Residences South II (Ave. Independencia), Baldrich Terrazas (Barcelona, Spain),
Residential Jardines de la Castellana (La Castellana) among others.
Ing. Jorge Paulino
Ing. Jorge Paulino graduated as a Civil Engineer from the
Technological Institute of Santo Domingo (INTEC) and holds a
Master's Degree in Architectural Structures from the Polytechnic

Project Manager in Grupo Ónix, as well as Engineering Manager in

Lic. Carlos Paulino
Mr. Carlos Paulino holds a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad
Católica Madre y Maestra, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration
and Finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY.
He has a Master in Banking Law and Financial Markets at Boston University.
He currently serves as the Marketing and Administration Manager at Grupo
Pedralbes. In the workplace he has served as Manager of Special Projects
and Corporate Banking at the Banco Dominicano del Progreso, as well as
Sr. Analyst at the Merrill Lynch Investment Bank in the city of New York.
Lic. Jissel Lamarche
Lic. Jissel Lamarche has a Bachelor of Accounting from the
Autonomous University of Santo Domingo, as well as several
courses and diplomas in Construction accounting. In the
same way he is a member and part of the Institute of
Authorized Public Accountants of the Dominican Republic. He
currently serves as the Accounting and Finance Manager of
Grupo Pedralbes and related companies.

Lic. Miguel Pérez (Gerente de Compras & Logistica)
Mr. Miguel Pérez is a final student in Business Administration at the
Universidad Católica Santo Domingo. He currently serves as the Purchasing
& Logistics Manager of the Pedralbes Group, has experience in the
hardware and construction area to meet the quality standards required in
the market.
Arq. Zoila Filpo (Gerente de Arquitectura & Design)
Architect Zoila Filpo graduated in Architecture from the
Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra. With
experience in architectural design of high quality projects, also
in supervision of national and international works. He has taken
Diplomas to obtain the Certification in Project Management by
the PMI Institute.
