PSD Group are currently partnering with global Property Services business, based in central London, searching for a Business Development Director to maximise revenue and profit. This will lead both prospective and existing client growth.

This role sits within an exciting business who are operating in a new and sophisticated way within their market. They require a candidate that can manage corporate relationships and develop internal sales process.

The person• Business acumen! Sector experience is not important but you must be able to demonstrate a strong track record of building

strong commercial relationships.

• Will be able to prove to us you are creative, able to coach and improve people and situations.

The role• The organisation are changing the face of their industry. The role requires you to identify business opportunities, develop

relationships and be responsible for achieving revenue targets. You will need to manage strategically to form the right internal responses , external proposals and managing different territories.

• You will need to be able to think creatively, ambitiously and understand the difference between cost and value.
