SEALED BIDS for FRONT WHEEL ASSIST WHEEL TRACTOR PROJECT NO. 2020-5 will be received by the Common Council of the City of Belle Fourche, South Dakota, until 10:00 o’clock A.M. local mountain time, Monday, February 24, 2020 at the Engineering Department located at City Hall, 511 6th Avenue, Belle Fourche, South Dakota. Sealed bids so received will then be publicly opened and read.
The Project is briefl y described as follows:
The City of Belle Fourche is calling for bids for a New Front Wheel Assist Wheel Tractor with loader, bucket and grapple.
Contract Documents and Specifi cations may be obtained at no charge by contacting the Engi-neering Department at 511 6th Avenue, Belle Fourche, SD 57717, by phone (605) 892-3006, by fax (605) 723-0897, or by email [email protected].
Each bid envelope shall contain one bid proposal only and shall be marked with the words “Sealed Bid- FRONT WHEEL ASSIST WHEEL TRAC-TOR PROJECT NO. 2020-5”. All proposals
shall be made on the forms furnished by the City.
No bid or performance bond is required for this bid.
Bid evaluation criteria will be as set forth in the Contract Documents and Specifi cations. The City of Belle Fourche reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

Project Assessment Roll on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 in the CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN THE CITY HALL OF THE CITY OF BELLE FOURCHE, BUTTE COUNTY, SOUTH DA-KOTA AT 6:00 P.M., AT 511 6TH AVENUE.
