This is a line of credit facility specially suitable for small legal practices,

barristers and sole legal practitioners




It operates similarly to a bank overdraft. That is, once the facility is established, the client is able to draw the funds at any time up to the facility




There is no requirement to provide any bricks and mortar security




The facility limit will be assessed on the basis of the total amount of

outstanding invoices and the work in progress




Once the facility is approved, ABR Finance Pty Ltd (ABR) will establish a

bank account in the client’s name




All debtor payments will need to be made directly into the above account




For this purpose the client will need to change the bank account details

on its invoices




All payments received into the above bank account will be credited to the

client’s line of credit account to reduce the outstanding balance




The client will then be able to re-draw the funds as and when required




As long as the outstanding balance on the line of credit account is below

the approved limit




ABR’s fees will accrue on a weekly basis on the outstanding balance

of the account




There will be no other ongoing costsor early exit fees




This facility is completely confidential. That is, the debtors of the client will not be aware of the arrangements

between the client and ABR




To apply for this facility, the client will need to complete ABR’s

Application Form and provide supporting documentation




Once the signed Application Form is received by ABR, together with the

required documentation, the approval process in most cases will be

completed within 2 business days
