The conflict and the differing opinions of the team members

The conflict of our company is that we are under stress of handling a lot of clients and the team members all have different opinions on how to advertise our company.

Some employees feel we should go with the traditional way, such as making a billboard, while others think its better to go by using social networking sites such as as YouTube.

Different Solutions There are 2 main solutions I can come up as a

good team member and manager: We should use both ideas so it will be fair to all

the other team members. We can hang up a billboard and make a commercial on YouTube and a page on Facebook.

We can also make the two opposing teams compromise their decision and make them think what is best for their company.

Possible outcomes after applying solutions

Use both ideas: If we do this, we can tell others more about the well-known cereal company. If we use ideas from both team, this will only benefit us more than only using one idea.

Compromise: We should learn how to solve problems. We can use one team’s ide for this commercial and use the other team’s suggestion for the next ad.

Other information: General conflicts should always be solved otherwise

they will lead to bigger issues. They should always be prevented.

Learn how to listen to each other’ s ideas. Try to determine the best solution that will make everyone satisfied.

Don’t take charge of something unless you are the leader.

Be responsible and respectful to other employees and listen to them.
