Executive Summary

What to do differently• Maintain format with mix of presentation types each day• For “Live with Mark Dixon” look to debate issues with panel, publishing issues in advance to allow questions to be

submitted. Allow more audience participation and spread sessions through the week.• Group country presentations by size of country/issues/opportunity – decide if all 100 need to be reviewed (if aim is to

be directional then not all country managers need to present)• Hold conference over 4 days• Continue with the functional workshops, workshops, master classes and the skills training• Maintain the team building• Less distance to a Gala dinner
