Job Title: Trainee Software Engineer (TSE)

Experience: Fresher-Graduates

Work Location: Mumbai

Job Description:

Attend Training Sessions in the Program

Carry out the Assignments that are part of the Training Program

Selection Cut-off:

SSC: 60%

HSC: 60%

(Post-) Graduation: 58%

Note: The Qualification/Degree Education being pursued MUST BE COMPLETED

BEFORE 01 November 2018

Desired Candidate Profile:

B.Sc IT/M.SC IT/B.E/B.Tech/MCA and above

Conceptual knowledge of Object Oriented Programming, Data Structures, SDLC, Computer Networks, Any Programming Languages (C / C++ / Java / Python etc.), Operating Systems etc.

Good communication and presentation skills

Good logical, analytical and reasoning skills

Extremely hard working and eager to learn

Well disciplined at work

Good Team Member


TSE’19 - SELECTION PROCESS12


Round-1: Online Examination (Objective Questions)

Consist of 25 to 30 questions

Time Duration: 40 to 50 minutes

Test person’s basic intelligence and knowledge about C Programming, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical reasoning skills, Data interpretation skills etc.

Round-2: Written Examination

Programming Test (using C or C++ or C# or Java or PHP or Python or algorithm or pseudo-code)

It checks more on person’s ability to program and to solve a problem rather than syntactical/grammatical checks of any particular programming languages

Time duration: 30 to 40 minutes

Round-3: Technical & HR Interview

Important Note: Each round is elimination round. To qualify for the next round, candidate has to clear the previous one.

Selected candidates will be offered an intensive training from Paramatrix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (s)he has to undergo following process for the period of Three (3) Years.

Training Phase

This is an intensive training program for a period of Six (6) Months.

Your position will be Trainee Software Engineer (TSE).

A trainee may undergo in-lab as well as on-site training on many software technologies.

Probation Phase

Next Six (6) Months would be of Probation period.

Your position will be Associate Software Engineer.

Based on Trainee’s assessed capabilities, opportunities to work on live projects and learn

various industrial practices in the field of software development, testing, documentation and

support will be provided.

Regular Employment Phase

Your position will be Associate Software Engineer.

Based on your assessed skills, you would be assigned various live projects.

TSE’19 - LEGAL/EMPLOYMENT BOND

The Objective

To give a guarantee towards your association with Paramatrix Technologies.

The Process

Selected candidate has to sign a Legal / Employment Bond amounting INR Three Lakh (3,00,000/-) for the tenure of Three (3) Years.

The Bond needs to be signed within Fifteen (15) Days of accepting the offer letter.
