This has reference to your proposal in respect of development of advertising business forour Group Publications- Bindiya (Womens Hindi monthly magazine), Money Mantra-

Hindi & English(Investment Fortnightly), Shukrawar (Hindi weekly) etc. we are pleasedto appoint you as ourBusiness Representative in Mumbai for our Group Publicationson following terms :

1) You & your team solely will take care of all categories of advertisements releasesthrough Advertising Agencies & clients based in Mumbai & other parts of

Maharashtra.

2) As discussed & agreed, you will get 20% commission on net received business.3) Your commission amount will be settled on case to case basis upon receipt &

realization of partys payment.

4) Any type of under-standing/commission sharing up-to 7% with the advertiser

will be borne by us. Please note that, you need to intimate us in advance if youenter into such understanding/sharing of commission with any advertiser.

5) You will get parcel of 25 copies each of all our Group publications for canvassing

as soon as it gets published.6) As required by you, you will also get Rate Cards & other presentation material for

canvassing.

7) Apart from business development, you will also take care of your billsdispatching to agencies & also their recovery.

8) These terms are effective from 15th Dec.2012 & valid up-to 31st Mar.2014 & the

same will be reviewed & renewed on the basis of performance.

Vide this, we are assuring you timely payment of your commission amount & also

whole-hearted support in making this alliance a fruitful one.

You are hereby requested to sign second copy of this letter as a token of acceptance &

send back to us for our record.
