3.0 AREAS OF INEFFICIENCY

Project planning and project implementation

- Each of us has been assigned with at least 3 projects and each of us should plan the

project. Then, most of the projects were new projects and all the project must be execute

this year. The hardest part is to find students in university to become the project manager

and organizing chairperson for each of the projects. Numbers of projects are more than 18

projects and it must be execute this year itself. JMSB targeted to operate the projects in

26 universities and it’s quite ambitious because most of the projects are still new.

4.2 Strengths & Weaknesses

Strengths Weaknesses

An operation office Too much work assigned for a single

employee

1 CEO, a manager, 2 Senior Employees and

8 Junior employees

The location lack of signboards

Strategic locations (center of city) Layout less attractive, less systematic, too

narrow

Internship students always available No place for pray (Muslim only)

Company vehicles

Telephone for making calls

Internet connection

4.3 Opportunity

4.3.1 Use of social network as medium of communication outside office

hour

4.3.2 Go for career carnival in local public and private universities to setup

booth for promotion of internship student placement
