Management

In June 2013, EFM acquired the

Property Management of J-View

III located at Bu Ashira, Zinj – Bldg

B54, Road 3201.

QZS has expanded its

services into providing Pest

Control under its sub-company I

Pest Control (IPC). The Pest

Control operation commenced

on 1st June 2013.

IPC is the newest Pest

Control Company in the Kingdom

of Bahrain which provides

complete pest control solutions to

Industrial, Commercial and

Residential properties.

IPC aim to provide their

Clients with International Pest

Control standards and practices

to deliver Quality of Service and

Total Customers Satisfaction.

Services Division

Management Awareness

As part of our Quality Management

System, benchmarking for

Managers within QZS, PSS and EFM

were completed on 23rd June 2013

which resulted in identifying staff’s

Performance Levels.

This is the first ever

Management Awareness process

and Tests conducted, measured

the knowledge and capability of

each Manager in relation to their

daily work.

The process will be

conducted in the Central Services

Division to deliver continuous

improvements using best practices

in all areas.

One Call Safety Induction

With the view to promote a

safe working attitude and promote

100% customer satisfaction, One

Call Manager and Technicians

attended a Safety Induction Training

in Dream Group-HQ.
